The best thing about Mailbox MCP is what it leaves alone. We gave Claude and ChatGPT full control of our test mailbox for five business days to execute their operations. The system kept unread messages unhandled while it placed response messages into their correct discussion threads and maintained 1 copy of every sent message in the Sent folder. Small things, until an AI assistant gets them wrong in front of a customer. Disclosure: Mailbox MCP gave KittyLaunch complimentary Pro access for this Mailbox MCP review. The company did not ask for a positive write-up and did not see this article before it was published. ## What it is, in one paragraph Mailbox MCP is a hosted remote MCP server run by BSolve IT Limited, a UK company registered in England and Wales. To get started, go to the dashboard. The dashboard enables you to link your existing mailbox while you need to paste one connector URL into Claude and ChatGPT and Cursor and other MCP clients. The assistant can read, search, reply, forward, draft and file mail in that inbox. You don't install anything, and your mail doesn't move anywhere. According to the vendor, no copy of your mail, calendar or contacts is kept. Each request is fetched from your provider, passed to the AI, and then dropped. Details are on [the official Mailbox MCP website](https://mailbox-mcp.com/). ## How Mailbox MCP works with any IMAP mailbox Mailbox MCP has step-by-step guides for [Microsoft 365](https://mailbox-mcp.com/connect/microsoft-365/), [Outlook.com and Hotmail](https://mailbox-mcp.com/connect/outlook-com/) and [Gmail and Google Workspace](https://mailbox-mcp.com/connect/gmail/). It also works with any other provider that offers IMAP and SMTP. That is how we connected for this review, using a new Yandex Mail account. Setting up IMAP is usually the annoying part. Many email MCP servers expect you to dig up server names and port numbers yourself. Mailbox MCP has a Find my settings button instead. You type in the email address, and it works out the provider and fills in the IMAP and SMTP details for you. Our Yandex account was connected within minutes. Next, the control panel asks you to connect your AI. You don't have to write any MCP configuration. Mailbox MCP is already listed in ChatGPT's Plugins directory and in Claude's Connectors directory, so you search for it, click add, sign in and choose a permission level. There are 3 levels. Read only gives the AI 16 of the 37 email tools. Draft and file gives it 30, but it cannot send or delete anything. Send and delete gives it all 37. These permission levels turned out to be the most important setting in the product. With the connection set to Draft and file, we asked Claude to send a reply. The server refused, rather than the chat app just showing a warning. The [security page](https://mailbox-mcp.com/security/) says the level is checked on every call, and that is what we saw. It is also easy to see what the AI has been doing. The control panel has an Activity page which shows all AI operations performed within the mailbox along with the complete history of MCP tool activations. Users who feel anxious about granting their inbox access to an assistant can verify every item the assistant accessed, created, drafted and sent. ## 5 working days with a test customer Before we started, Mark McNeece from the Mailbox MCP team suggested we focus on the details that are easy to promise and hard to get right. So we built the test around a short support conversation with a test customer over several days. It included a question about an invoice, with the PDF attached, and an overnight follow-up that we left unanswered. Every morning, we asked Claude to identify all new arrivals from the previous night and track which discussions still needed responses. The system located the follow-up from the previous night and identified 2 unresolved questions which remained in the report. The system provided us with the entire discussion history from that customer starting Monday instead of showing only their most recent message. Replies kept their place in the conversation. Messages sent through the assistant appeared in the original thread, both in Yandex Mail and in the customer's inbox, with no stray new threads. Each sent message showed up exactly once in the Sent folder. Drafts ended up being the feature we leaned on most. We kept the connection on Draft and file, so ChatGPT wrote its replies straight into the normal Drafts folder. From there, we opened them and finished them ourselves. When we asked for a second version, it replaced the old draft instead of leaving 2 copies. Reading never changed anything. The unread count was the same before and after the assistant went through the conversation. Messages were only marked as read when we asked for that. Attachments worked as promised. Claude opened the invoice PDF, read the seat count inside it and summarised it in the chat. We then asked it to forward that email to another address, and the PDF arrived identical to the original. A message with attachments adding up to more than 20 MB was refused, with a clear explanation. ## Where it pushed back We also asked Claude to follow up with the customer at 9am the next morning. Claude set this up as a scheduled task in its own app, not in Mailbox MCP. Its plan was to check at 9am whether the customer had replied, send a short response if she had, and let us know if she hadn't. The Mailbox MCP Activity page showed no scheduling tool at all, which matches the vendor's statement that its server never holds email to send later. Scheduling depends on your AI client, not on Mailbox MCP. Bcc does not work, by design. When we asked Claude to Bcc a manager on a reply, it explained that Mailbox MCP does not support Bcc and did not send anything. It also paused the 9am follow-up, so that email would not go out without the manager, and offered to use Cc instead. Mailbox MCP also says it cannot connect shared or delegated Exchange mailboxes. We did not test this. The free plan is small. It allows 5 MCP calls per mailbox per day, and every tool the AI uses counts as one call. Finding a thread, reading it and sending a reply already uses 3. Those 5 calls are enough to try the product, but not to run a real mailbox day to day. In Claude, a custom connector asks for your approval before every tool call. That is safe, but slow when you are working through a busy inbox. What worked for us was setting the read-only tools to always allow and keeping approval on everything that writes. ## Why not just use the built-in Gmail or Outlook connector? Mailbox MCP has published a [comparison with the email connectors built into Claude and ChatGPT](https://mailbox-mcp.com/email-connectors-compared/), quoting those vendors' own documentation. The differences are specific. Claude's Gmail connector can see that an email has an attachment but cannot read what is inside it. Claude's Microsoft 365 connector cannot send, forward or draft emails with attachments, and it does not work with personal Outlook.com or Hotmail accounts. Claude's Gmail connector also only reaches the one Google account you connected. Mailbox MCP reads what is inside PDFs, sends and forwards attachments, saves drafts where any email app can open them, and works with any IMAP mailbox. Our Yandex account is a good example, because none of the built-in connectors can reach it at all. ## Pricing Pro costs £34.99 plus VAT a year per mailbox, which works out at £2.92 a month. It allows up to 1,000 calls per mailbox per day. If several people need their own access to the same account, Team Access adds 3 named users for £119.99 plus VAT a year, on top of Pro. The [Mailbox MCP pricing page](https://mailbox-mcp.com/pricing/) has the full details. ## Prompt injection is the part we could not test An AI that reads your email is also reading messages written by strangers, and some of those messages may try to give the AI orders. To test this, we sent the mailbox an email asking the assistant to forward recent invoices to an outside address. It never arrived. Yandex's spam filter rejected it before it reached the inbox, so we could not see how Mailbox MCP and Claude would deal with it. Mailbox MCP's own security page is upfront about this risk. It describes its protection as "partially mitigated" and admits that it cannot block an email that simply asks the AI, in plain language, to do something. That is why we would start with Draft and file. The AI can prepare replies, but nothing is sent until a person presses send. ## Who should pay for it Mailbox MCP provides an ideal solution for individual users and groups who access their email through Outlook, Microsoft 365, Gmail or any IMAP mailbox but want Claude or ChatGPT to handle their email sorting and searching and drafting without altering their original data. The solution does not match well with users who depend on shared Exchange mailboxes or require Bcc functionality. The most decision-useful fact up front: Stackedo costs a flat $180 per year for full access, starts with a free account that needs no credit card, and includes 14 days of full access up front, according to the company's own site. For a solopreneur currently paying separately for a CRM, a project tool, invoicing software, and an AI subscription, that price is the whole pitch. This Stackedo: Small Business Management review is a research-based assessment from public sources rather than a hands-on test, so I will stick to what the evidence supports and flag where it is thin. ## What Stackedo is, and who it is for Stackedo is small business management software aimed at solopreneurs. It puts projects, tasks, invoicing, client records, and AI assistants in one dashboard. The positioning, laid out on the [Stackedo: Small Business Management listing on KittyLaunch](https://kittylaunch.com/p/stackedo-small-business-management), is that most business tools are built for teams and then trimmed down for solo owners, while Stackedo was designed the other way around, for one person who is simultaneously the salesperson, the project manager, and the one sending invoices. The named target users are specific: web designers, SEO freelancers, social media managers, coaches, consultants, course creators, content creators earning past ad revenue, and home-based service providers. The vendor is also explicit about the boundary. It fits owners getting a handful of leads a week who want to manage like a real business, and it is not built for high-volume daily lead operations. That stated boundary matters more than the feature list, because it tells you immediately whether to keep reading. The product also came out of an actual solo business rather than a product lab. Founder Justin Harmon told Voyage Dallas that he and his wife built a home business, watched leads dry up three months in, and later built Stackedo because the CRMs they tried never quite fit a business that did not want to turn into an impersonal sales machine. An origin story proves nothing about software quality, but it is consistent with the product's narrow focus. ## How Stackedo: Small Business Management works day to day The setup flow described on [stackedo.com](https://stackedo.com/) is short: create a free account, load your business information once, including your business name, offer, and goals, and the system reuses that context across its tools. From there you work from a single dashboard tracking leads, projects, follow-ups, and next steps. The CRM side covers contacts, tags, notes, pipeline stages, client history, and follow-up dates, with CSV import and an embeddable lead form that drops new inquiries straight into the dashboard. Follow-ups get a date on any contact, and overdue items surface at a glance, which is the mechanism that actually keeps a lead from going cold. Invoicing runs through Stripe or manual sending, with invoice numbering, payment and delivery status, proposals, receipts, deposit collection, and milestone billing. When Stripe is connected, payment status updates itself. The project manager supports deadlines, recurring tasks, and checklists, and lets you duplicate a project for similar work, such as a web designer repeating a site build, with the timeline adjusting automatically. ## The broader Stackedo: Small Business Management features Beyond the core workflow, the feature list includes several pieces aimed at owners rather than administrators: - **A.I.ssistants.** Pre-engineered prompts that already know your offer, your customer, and your voice, so AI help starts with business context instead of a blank chat window. - **Journey Mode.** Guided walks through your website, your offer, finding clients, and preparing for an eventual exit, organized around four stages: Startup, Efficiency, Growth, and Exit. - **Growth tools.** A Business Plan Builder, Ideal Customer Quiz, Lead Plan Generator, Objection Builder, SEO Page Scanner, Website Planner, and Business Valuation Calculator. - **Budget tracking.** Money in and money out for both a small business and a household budget. - **Collaborators.** Separate logins that see only the clients, tasks, and projects you share, so you can bring in help without handing over everything. The SEO Page Scanner is positioned for clarity rather than depth: it scans pages, flags issues, and gives next steps without the expert learning curve that most SEO tools assume. ## Stackedo: Small Business Management pricing and the consolidation math Pricing is straightforward on paper: a free plan, and Full Access at a flat $180 per year. The company's site also runs a comparison arguing that separate subscriptions for CRM software, random AI tools, an SEO checker, a business planning course, and invoicing templates add up to $860 to $1,538 per year, implying potential savings of $680 to $1,358. Treat that math as a vendor estimate. It is Stackedo's own arithmetic using typical category pricing, and your actual stack may differ, as the site itself notes. The flat annual price is the verifiable part. The savings figure depends entirely on what you are replacing, and a business already running on one cheap tool will see far less benefit than the headline number suggests. ## Constraints and what the evidence does not show Three limits are worth weighing before you sign up. First, the vendor's own comparison material concedes that Stackedo is not designed for larger or enterprise sales teams and has fewer advanced integrations than bigger platforms. Second, the stated target profile excludes high-volume daily lead operations, so a business with heavy inbound would outgrow the CRM quickly. Third, and most important for a reader deciding with money: the strongest comparison in the supplied evidence, a roundup of seven solopreneur CRMs that places Stackedo first and describes hands-on testing, is published on [Stackedo's own blog](https://stackedo.com/best-crm-for-solopreneurs-small-businesses) under the Stackedo name. It is not independent. The remaining third-party material consists of a founder interview, social media posts, and a customer quote on the company's own site. I found no independent hands-on review in the supplied sources, so claims about ease of use and fast setup currently rest on the vendor's word. That does not make the claims false, but it does mean the free account and the 14 days of full access are the only low-risk way to verify them for your own workflow. ## Alternatives worth a look If you want a free CRM with room to hire later, HubSpot's free tier is the standard answer. If your business is sales-pipeline-first, Pipedrive's visual deal pipeline fits that shape better. OnePageCRM and Less Annoying CRM compete on simplicity alone, Folk leans toward relationship management, and Nimble suits owners living inside Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. For team-centric project management with deep integrations, monday.com is a common choice. These names come from comparison content, including a vendor-authored roundup, so treat them as starting points rather than verdicts. Stackedo's differentiation is consolidation. If you already need invoicing, projects, and AI in the same place as your CRM, the single-dashboard pitch is what the single-purpose alternatives lack. ## Who it fits, and who should pass The fit case is a solo service provider, coach, or home-based business owner with a handful of leads per week, currently juggling three or more disconnected subscriptions, who wants follow-ups, invoices, and projects connected and does not depend on heavy integrations. For that owner, the flat annual price and the free entry point make trying it a low-risk decision. The pass case is a high-volume lead operation, a team that needs enterprise CRM features, or anyone whose workflow depends on specific integrations Stackedo may not offer. If a single-purpose tool already works well for you, consolidation alone may not justify a switch. The maker behind the product is [helloc9e4 on KittyLaunch](https://kittylaunch.com/u/helloc9e4), and the launch details are gathered on the product page linked above. The decision comes down to one question: does a single connected dashboard at a flat annual price beat the disconnected stack you are paying for now? ### Certyneo E-Signature Review: EU-Hosted eIDAS Signatures With a Free Tier URL: https://kittylaunch.com/reviews/certyneo-e-signature-review Tags: Reviews Published: 2026-10-01 Summary: This Certyneo E-Signature review covers eIDAS signature levels, EU hosting, pricing from a free tier to €99/month, API access, and where evidence is thin. If your signature workload sits in the European Union and you want documents that a court or lawyer can verify without the vendor's help, Certyneo is built for exactly that. The platform is hosted entirely in the EU, supports all three eIDAS signature levels, and keeps a free plan that the company says remains usable indefinitely. Paid plans start at €9 per month with no annual commitment, and a 14-day refund policy applies. This Certyneo E-Signature review looks at what the public evidence supports, where the numbers conflict, and who the platform fits. ## What Certyneo is and who it is for Certyneo is a French SaaS platform for electronic signature and document workflow, founded in 2024 according to one listing. The platform enables businesses to handle their contracts and agreements through online delivery and digital signing and tracking and storage systems which focus on maintaining legal compliance with eIDAS and GDPR regulations. Third-party listings show that target users consist of freelancers together with small businesses and HR teams and legal and compliance departments and real estate and sales and finance teams who operate throughout France and the European Union. The positioning is explicit: an EU-hosted alternative to US signature platforms. All data is stored and processed in the EU, which the company says avoids exposure to the US Cloud Act and FISA. The company bases its marketing approach on data residency which stands as the main selling point for regulated sectors such as healthcare, banking, defense, and legal. A SoftwareAdvice listing also reports ISO 27001:2022 certification across the platform's entire scope, which strengthens the compliance picture for security reviews. ## How Certyneo E-Signature works The core workflow follows the pattern most e-signature buyers already know. You create a document which can start as a blank page or use a template with ready-made fields before sending it to multiple recipients through an envelope system. Multi-party workflows allow users to set specific signing sequences while the platform shows document progress through its real-time tracking system which reveals who accessed documents and who finished their work. The official website shows automated reminders will track down delayed signers without making you pay more because they do not need additional charges for their service or extra payments when you add more signers. The signing process produces evidence files which include email-based signer identification and SMS code verification for advanced security and cryptographic seals that detect any document changes and RFC 3161 timestamps and audit logs that track all system activities including date and IP address and performed actions. All signed documents must be stored in archives which should last for ten years. The signatures follow the ETSI EN 319 142 PAdES standard, and the evidence can be examined by an independent third party such as a lawyer or a court without access to the platform. If you leave Certyneo, your signed documents keep their evidence, so verification does not depend on continued access to the service. Signers work in a mobile browser with no app install required, and the interface supports more than fifty languages. The platform accepts PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and image files, converting them to PDF/A for long-term archiving. ## Certyneo E-Signature features beyond signing Two capabilities stand out in the public material. First, an AI contract generator: you describe your need and the tool drafts a contract covering EU and OHADA jurisdictions, with the official site promoting signing within two minutes from €0 per month. Second, a public REST API with webhooks, available from the Standard plan according to a Stork.AI listing. An n8n workflow template published by Certyneo itself shows the API in practice: it creates envelopes from templates, sends them, verifies an HMAC-SHA256 signature on webhook events, and downloads the sealed PDF and audit trail for archiving in Google Drive. Developers integrating signing into their own systems will find that a concrete, documented path rather than a marketing claim. The one public review from a 501 to 1,000 employee company, which has used the product daily for one to five months, also covers bulk sending. During onboarding waves the reviewer's team uploads a CSV, maps the fields, previews the data, and sends documents in bulk. The reviewer mentioned that hiring managers started using the system through self-discovery because they never received any formal training about it. ## Certyneo E-Signature pricing Pricing is where the evidence is strongest and, in one place, contradictory. The official site states the free plan is indefinitely usable and includes eIDAS SES-level compliance, with paid plans from €9 per month, no annual commitment, and a 14-day refund without justification. A Stork.AI listing details the tiers: Free at €0 with 5 envelopes per month and 1 user; Personal at €9 with 25 envelopes, AES with email plus SMS OTP, and automated reminders; Standard at €19 with 100 envelopes, 10 users, templates, and API access; Business at €39 with 300 envelopes and 300 SMS-OTP credits; and Business Pro at €99. Two conflicts deserve caution. The official site lists Qualified Signature at €14.90 per act, while the SoftwareAdvice listing reports €9.90 per signature on every plan including the free tier. Separately, a BuiltByMe listing describes the free plan as 5 envelopes for 14 days, then 2 per month, which disagrees with the 5-per-month figure elsewhere. Confirm the current free tier limits and the per-act QES rate on [the official Certyneo website](https://certyneo.com/) before budgeting. ## Constraints and trade-offs The public review base is thin. SoftwareAdvice shows a 5.0 overall rating from just two reviews, both from companies using the product daily for one to five months. The platform started in 2024 so it has only a limited number of new users who arrived recently which makes it hard to determine how well the platform performs with many users. The one reviewer who raised integration issues wishes there were more native HRIS integrations and currently routes those connections through a Zapier-style tool, which works but adds a layer. The Stork listing shows Slack and HubSpot and Salesforce and Zapier integration capabilities so you need to verify which applications your organization uses. The same reviewer says the mobile app does the job but is not where they would do serious work. ## Alternatives and fit assessment DocuSign remains the default for many buyers at around $10 per user per month, with a far deeper integration ecosystem. Sign.Plus sits at $9.99 per month, CocoSign and OpenSign compete on price, and MSB Docs targets enterprise document workflows. Certyneo's differentiator is not feature breadth but the combination of EU hosting, verifiable open standards, and a genuinely free entry tier. The fit is clearest for EU-based or EU-exposed businesses that need eIDAS compliance, care about data residency, and want transparent pricing without per-signer fees. HR teams, real estate, and legal-heavy small businesses match the described use cases well. If your priority is a mature integration catalog, heavy notarization features, or a large documented customer base, the established US platforms carry less risk. For everyone else, the free tier makes trying Certyneo a low-cost decision, and the 14-day refund on paid plans lowers it further. Review: What 191 Researched Launch Directories Actually Get You URL: https://kittylaunch.com/reviews/kittydir-review Tags: Reviews Published: 2026-10-01 Summary: A research-based KittyDir. review: 191 researched directories, DR and dofollow data, backlink tracking, and what stays unverified from public sources. If you have ever spent an afternoon opening FAQ pages on a dozen startup directories just to find out whether a listing requires an account, whether the link is dofollow, and how long approval takes, the core promise of KittyDir. should make immediate sense. According to its official directory page, the platform consolidates 191 researched startup directories and product launch platforms into one workspace, and shows Domain Rating, signup requirements, dofollow link status, and typical review durations for each before you submit anything. This KittyDir. review is a research-based assessment built from the product's own public pages, not a hands-on test, so treat it as a structured read of what is verifiably on offer. ## What KittyDir. is and who it is for KittyDir. is a launch workspace from the maker behind [KittyLaunch](https://kittylaunch.com/u/kittylaunch), positioned around a simple idea: the research that founders usually do manually, directory by directory, has already been done and can be browsed in one place. The official page claims the underlying dataset represents more than 300 hours of manual research, presented as 191 published directory records covering platforms from Reddit and Capterra down to smaller discovery sites like PitchWall and Future Startup. The target user is fairly specific: an indie founder, solo marketer, or small launch team that plans to submit a product across many directories and wants to prioritize the ones worth the effort. If you launch one product once a year and only care about two or three major platforms, a curated database is less obviously necessary. If you run launches regularly, or you manage submissions for several products or clients, the consolidation argument gets stronger. ## How KittyDir. works The workflow, as described on the [official KittyDir. site](https://kittylaunch.com/directories), runs in three stages. First, you browse and compare directories. Each record pairs a short description with four decision-relevant data points: whether signup is required, whether the earned link is dofollow, whether approval is needed and how long review usually takes, and the directory's Domain Rating, which the page says is tracked with daily DR data. The listings shown publicly illustrate the range: Reddit at DR 95, free, but nofollow; Capterra and G2 at DR 91, freemium, with dofollow links; Indie Hackers at DR 81, free, nofollow; AlternativeTo at DR 79, free, dofollow; Peerlist at DR 77, free, dofollow. That mix is exactly the kind of trade-off information that is otherwise scattered across each site's own documentation. Second, you plan submissions with that information in hand. The page frames this as stopping the guesswork about what each directory expects, since rules live in forms, FAQs, and hidden review steps that normally require a separate tab for every platform. Third, you track the launch itself. The public page shows a launch progress view, in its example tracking four of seven selected directories at 57 percent, with statuses like published, in review, and ready to submit. It also shows backlink monitoring, with an automatic check cycle that the page states runs every seven days, plus a workspace view that surfaces backlink state changes, such as a restored link after a directory drops it. ## KittyDir. features in detail Beyond the core database, the publicly documented KittyDir. features cluster around monitoring. Domain Rating is tracked on a 24-hour cycle rather than shown as a one-time snapshot, which matters because directory authority shifts and a launch plan built on stale DR numbers ages poorly. Backlink verification runs on the seven-day automatic cycle mentioned above, so the value is not just finding where to submit but knowing whether the links you earned are still live weeks later. The workspace also handles multiple projects, with the public page showing a ten-project example, and tracks submission status per directory so the follow-up work of chasing stuck reviews has a home. There is also a Pro tier. The [KittyDir. Pro page](https://kittylaunch.com/directories/kittylaunch) describes it as unlocking the complete directory set, with all 191 curated directories, ten projects with daily DR checks, and weekly backlink verification, plus per-directory details like descriptions, maker reviews, and submission links. The implication is that the free experience shows a limited slice of the database, though the exact boundary between free and paid is not fully specified on the pages I can verify. ## KittyDir. pricing and access This is where the evidence runs out, and I want to be direct about that. No price for the Pro tier appears anywhere in the public material reviewed here. The free tier exists in some form, since the main directory page displays a browsable set of records with DR, cost, and link status, but which records sit behind the paywall is not stated precisely. If KittyDir. pricing is the deciding factor for you, the honest answer is that you will need to check the product pages directly, and I would not rely on any third-party figure circulating elsewhere. The [KittyDir. product listing](https://kittylaunch.com/p/kittydir) and the site itself are the authoritative sources for current terms. ## Constraints and trade-offs A few limitations follow from what the product is. The database is a research artifact, so its quality depends on how current the records stay; the daily DR tracking and the seven-day backlink cycle address part of that, but review durations and submission requirements at individual directories can change without notice, and no automated system catches everything. The DR figures themselves come from third-party SEO metrics, and Domain Rating is one lens on authority, not a guarantee of referral traffic or ranking impact. A nofollow listing on a high-traffic community like Reddit can be worth more in real visibility than a dofollow link on a low-traffic aggregator, so the comparison data informs judgment rather than replacing it. There is also an unavoidable selection question. With 191 records, coverage is broad but not exhaustive, and the criteria for inclusion are not documented in the public material. Finally, because this assessment is built from the maker's own pages, it cannot tell you how the product behaves in practice: how reliable the backlink checks are over months of use, or how quickly the database reflects a directory that changes its policy. Those are fair questions to bring to a trial or to the maker directly. ## Fit assessment The realistic alternative for most teams is a spreadsheet plus an afternoon of manual research per launch, refreshed whenever it goes stale. KittyDir.'s value is concentrated in replacing that recurring work with a maintained dataset and in the tracking layer that catches dead backlinks after the launch dust settles. For a founder running repeated launches across many directories, that combination is a plausible time saver. For someone who needs deep SEO workflow tooling, or who only ever submits to two or three major platforms whose rules they already know, the overlap is smaller and the free tier is likely the sensible starting point. The balanced read: the documented feature set is coherent and the data points shown publicly are the right ones for launch planning, but pricing, the free-to-paid boundary, and long-term data reliability are unverified from public sources. Start with the public directory pages, confirm what Pro costs and unlocks, and judge the database against the handful of directories you already know well. ### Built2WinWeb AI Tools Review: Custom PHP Sites and AI Readiness, Weighed URL: https://kittylaunch.com/reviews/built2winweb-ai-tools-review Tags: Reviews Published: 2026-09-21 Summary: This Built2WinWeb AI Tools review covers custom PHP websites, WebAgentScan scoring, the AI Indexing Pack, verified pricing, and who it fits. The first thing worth knowing: Built2WinWeb is two different purchases wearing one name. One side is a service, custom PHP websites hand-coded from scratch for a flat fee. The other is software: WebAgentScan, a monthly SaaS that scores any domain from 0 to 100 for AI agent readiness, and the AI Indexing Pack, a one-time download that makes an existing site legible to AI assistants. The cheapest verified entry point is the pack, listed at $599 and currently promoted at $199 one-time. The biggest commitment, a full custom website, is quote-only. This Built2WinWeb AI Tools review separates the two, because the value case for each is very different. ## What the product is and who it is for The studio behind the [Built2WinWeb AI Tools listing on KittyLaunch](https://kittylaunch.com/p/built2winweb-ai-tools) is run by Jacob Campbell, whose [KittyLaunch maker profile](https://kittylaunch.com/u/jacobcampbell) and the [official Built2WinWeb website](https://built2winweb.com/) describe a small Florida-based operation building what it calls agent-ready websites. The audience is business owners in two situations. The first group is unhappy with platform sites: WordPress installs slowed by plugin conflicts, theme bloat, and monthly fees for software they never own. The second group is worried about a newer problem, visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google's AI answers, which read the web differently than traditional search crawlers do. Campbell's background, per a third-party directory profile, is a computer science degree with a cybersecurity minor, which lines up with the security emphasis in the scanning product. ## How Built2WinWeb AI Tools works The Built2WinWeb AI Tools features split into a diagnostic and a remedy. WebAgentScan is the diagnostic half. You give it a domain and it returns one score out of 100 across seven graded areas: agent discovery files, machine-readable content, crawler access, MCP server quality, agent security, link authority, and commerce readiness. Alongside the score it produces a fix list ordered by what each fix is worth, so you get a prioritized plan rather than a raw checklist. The official site positions it as a monthly subscription for ongoing scanning. The AI Indexing Pack is the remedy. It is a downloadable package containing a working MCP server with output schemas and annotations, content negotiation that serves Markdown to agents and HTML to browsers on the same URLs, the full set of discovery files including llms.txt, agents.txt, agent cards, and the .well-known paths, bot access control to block forged crawlers, and a README with troubleshooting steps. The company describes installation as a roughly 30-minute self-serve job, delivered by email immediately after payment, licensed for every site you own, with no subscription attached. There is also a free route that says a lot about how the company markets itself. FreeAIBoost gives you the pack for one domain if you display the vendor's badge on your site for 150 consecutive days, with daily badge checks, 25 free spotlight places per day, and five grace days for outages. Miss a day and the run restarts. A $49 one-time upgrade buys a followed link on the listing. Free listings are nofollow, which the site states plainly. The honesty is welcome, but 150 days of daily sign-ins is a real time cost measured against a $199 product. One point in the vendor's favor: its own site practices what it sells. An independent ARD registry crawl of built2winweb.com found a published agent discovery manifest at the .well-known path declaring 28 resources, with all 28 answering when checked and 7 verified tools, plus a plain-text knowledge index at llms.txt. That is third-party confirmation that the discovery infrastructure the pack installs does work on at least one production site, the vendor's own. ## The custom PHP website side The service half is a conventional custom development offer with an unconventional stack choice. Sites are written from scratch in PHP with MySQL, JavaScript, and React where needed, with no WordPress, no templates, and no page builders. The stated performance targets are sub-one-second load times and clean Core Web Vitals, and the company also handles WordPress-to-PHP migrations with redirects to preserve traffic. The commercial terms are the differentiator: one flat fee paid once, no monthly platform costs, and full source code ownership at handover. A third-party profile claims more than 100 custom sites delivered, though that figure is self-reported and I found no independent verification of the portfolio. Pricing is quote-only, with the site promising a reply within 24 hours of a project inquiry. ## Pricing and access, as verified On Built2WinWeb AI Tools pricing, the evidence is uneven, and this matters for budgeting. The AI Indexing Pack is clearly priced on the official site: $599 list, $199 as a limited-time promotion, one-time, instant download. FreeAIBoost is $0 to join with the $49 link upgrade. WebAgentScan is described as a hosted monthly SaaS, but the official homepage in our evidence does not state its tiers. A third-party directory places it at $9 to $100 per month, which is plausible for a tiered scanner but unconfirmed, so treat that range as indicative and check the site before planning around it. Custom website pricing is entirely quote-based. None of these figures include whatever hosting or maintenance you arrange after handover, since the flat-fee model ends at delivery. ## Evidence quality and honest limits Most of what is publicly available comes from the vendor's own homepage and directory listings that largely repeat it. Independent coverage is thin. One directory that reviewed the listing gives the domain an Ahrefs rating of 6 and explicitly marks the tool unverified. The official site has a [client reviews page](https://built2winweb.com/reviews/), but its contents are curated by the vendor and I cannot independently confirm the testimonials. The performance claims, the sub-one-second loads and perfect Lighthouse targets, are marketing targets rather than benchmarked results in the evidence I have. None of this makes the product bad; it makes it an early-stage offering from a small vendor, and you should size the trust you extend accordingly. The strongest independent signal is that registry crawl of the vendor's own agent infrastructure, which at least demonstrates technical competence in the exact discipline the products sell. ## Who it fits, and who should pass The pack and the scanner fit an owner with an existing site who wants AI discoverability without a rebuild, and either the technical confidence to install files and an MCP server or a developer on call. The DIY alternative is real: a competent developer could hand-write llms.txt and stand up an MCP server from public specs, so the pack's value is convenience, completeness, and having the bot-access and negotiation details handled for you. The custom website service fits a business ready to leave WordPress and willing to accept a small studio in exchange for code ownership, but the quote-only pricing and unverified portfolio mean you should ask for references and a scoped proposal before committing. If you want a managed platform, an ongoing support subscription, or a vendor with a long verifiable track record, this is not that. What it is, on the evidence available, is a technically credible two-product shop with transparent low-cost entry points and a refreshing habit of publishing its own limitations. ### Project Distribution Program and Shared Feed URL: https://kittylaunch.com/help/project-distribution-program-and-shared-feed Tags: FAQ Published: 2026-08-29 Summary: Learn how KittyLaunch distribution consideration works, which platforms are supported, and which shares appear in the public feed. Launching on KittyLaunch gives your product a public home. The Project Distribution Program gives selected products an opportunity to travel beyond that launch page. Our media team regularly reviews eligible products, selects suitable projects, prepares promotional content, and publishes it through KittyLaunch channels. A selected product may reach people on social platforms who have not visited its KittyLaunch launch page. The media team handles the promotional work from selection through publication. Makers receive another source of visibility without managing the KittyLaunch social posts themselves. ## What Project Distribution may provide A selected product may receive: - promotion through one or more KittyLaunch social channels - a new path from an external social post to the product - a Shared from KittyLaunch section on its public product page - a place in the public Shared Feed - more opportunities to be discovered after the original launch date - visible proof that KittyLaunch has promoted the project The exact platforms and number of shares depend on the product and the media team's publishing plan. Each published share creates another entry point outside the KittyLaunch product directory. The goal is to present the product clearly to people on that channel and direct interested visitors to its public pages. ## Who is eligible Distribution consideration is included with: - Skip the line - SuperKitty Free Launch does not include this benefit. Read [Free Launch vs Skip the Line vs SuperKitty](https://kittylaunch.com/help/free-launch-vs-skip-the-line-vs-superkitty) for the complete Launch Plan comparison. Eligibility places the product in the group that our media team may review. The team selects products regularly based on the projects available for promotion and the current content schedule. ## How the media team works The KittyLaunch media team manages the entire program. For a selected product, the media team may: 1. Review the KittyLaunch product page and official website. 2. Decide which channels suit the product and available campaign space. 3. Prepare the promotional content for those channels. 4. Publish the content through KittyLaunch social channels or editorial surfaces. 5. Add the published URLs to the KittyLaunch product record. 6. Make those shares visible on the product page and Shared Feed. ## Why a complete product page helps The media team needs enough accurate information to understand the product and present it clearly. Before launch, check: - product name - tagline - short and full descriptions - category and tags - logo - screenshots - pricing information - official website URL - public website availability A clear product page helps the team understand who the product serves and which details deserve attention. It also gives visitors a useful destination after they open a promotional post. Read [How to Launch Your Product](https://kittylaunch.com/help/how-to-launch-your-product) for the complete submission checklist. ## Promotion channels The distribution system currently supports: - Bluesky - X - Pinterest - Instagram - YouTube - TikTok - Launch Stories - Review The media team may choose one channel or several channels for a selected product. Platform choice depends on the product, the available content, and the publishing plan. Selection for one channel does not promise publication on every supported channel. ## Shared Feed The Shared Feed collects recent KittyLaunch promotion activity in one place. Record appears in the [Feed](https://kittylaunch.com/feed), giving visitors a public view of recent product shares across the web. Visitors may use the feed to discover products through the latest posts published by the media team. ## How to check whether your product was promoted 1. Open the public KittyLaunch product page. 2. Find "We Help Good Launches Travel" section. 3. or open the [Shared from KittyLaunch Feed](https://kittylaunch.com/feed). KittyLaunch may also notify the owner through the available account or email notification flow. ## Does every eligible product get selected Skip the line and SuperKitty provide distribution consideration. Selection remains managed by the KittyLaunch media team. The program does not promise: - selection for every eligible product - publication on every platform - a specific publication date - a fixed number of posts - a fixed amount of traffic - a Weekly Award This review process gives the team room to match products with suitable channels and available publishing space. ## Distribution, visits, and votes Social promotion gives selected products more places to reach potential users. A post may bring visitors who would not otherwise see the launch. Traffic depends on the platform, post, audience, timing, and product. KittyLaunch does not promise a specific visitor total. Distribution does not create automatic upvotes or change vote weight. Any votes received after promotion follow the standard validity and ranking rules. Read [Ranking, Leaderboards and Rules](https://kittylaunch.com/help/ranking-leaderboards-and-rules) for vote windows and ranking calculations. ## Incorrect or unsafe links Contact support if a Shared from KittyLaunch link: - opens the wrong post - points to an unrelated product - is broken - appears unsafe Include the product URL, platform name, and the incorrect distribution URL. ## Related guides - [Free Launch vs Skip the Line vs SuperKitty](https://kittylaunch.com/help/free-launch-vs-skip-the-line-vs-superkitty) - [SuperKitty Guide](https://kittylaunch.com/help/superkitty-guide) - [How to Launch Your Product](https://kittylaunch.com/help/how-to-launch-your-product) - [Ranking, Leaderboards and Rules](https://kittylaunch.com/help/ranking-leaderboards-and-rules) ## FAQ ### Who manages Project Distribution? A launch gives your product a moment in front of the KittyLaunch community. Highlight helps that visibility continue after launch day. With Highlight active, your product appears in Today's Highlights on the homepage and in the Highlight banner shown across public product pages. People browsing other products receive another chance to discover yours. KittyLaunch describes Highlight as providing about 5x more exposure. The current price is USD 9 per month for one product. Based on a 30-day month, that works out to about USD 0.30 per day, which is less than USD 0.50 per day. ## Why use Highlight Many products receive their strongest attention close to launch day. Visits may slow as newer launches arrive. Highlight gives your product recurring placement without requiring a new launch. It is useful for: - keeping a recent launch visible - bringing attention to an existing product - promoting a new feature or major update - supporting an active Deal - reaching people who are browsing products in other categories - giving a product more discovery opportunities throughout the month Highlight also includes 10 or more dofollow backlinks under the current offer. These links give search engines and visitors more paths to the official product website. Search engines decide how links affect indexing and ranking. ## Where your product appears An active Highlight product receives two placements. ### Today's Highlights Today's Highlights appears on the KittyLaunch homepage. It introduces visitors to active Highlight products while they browse the latest launches. This placement keeps your logo, product name, and tagline in a high-traffic discovery area beyond the original launch date. ### Highlight banner on product pages The Highlight banner appears across public KittyLaunch product pages. A visitor reading about another product may also see and open your product from the banner. This wider placement is the main difference between Highlight and a single homepage position. Your product joins the browsing journey across many product pages. See both placements in the [Pricing page Extra visibility section](https://kittylaunch.com/pricing#visibility) before subscribing. ## About the 5x exposure estimate The Pricing page describes Highlight as providing about 5x more exposure. This estimate reflects the extra placement opportunities supplied by Today's Highlights and the product-page banner. It is an exposure estimate, not a fixed visitor count. Actual results depend on factors such as: - current site traffic - the number of active Highlight products - product name and tagline - logo and screenshots - category relevance - visitor interest Keep the public product page complete so each additional impression has a clear product message behind it. ## Turn on Highlight 1. Sign in to KittyLaunch. 2. Open Dashboard. 3. Select the product you want to promote. 4. Open Add-ons. 5. Select Highlight. 6. Review the placement examples and live monthly price. 7. Select Turn on Highlight. 8. Complete checkout. 9. Return to the success page. 10. Allow payment confirmation to finish. After confirmation, the Dashboard shows Active status and the next billing date. Read [Product Dashboard: Manage and Analytics](https://kittylaunch.com/help/product-dashboard-manage-and-analytics) for the other product controls and analytics sources. ## Check the active subscription Open Product Dashboard, Add-ons, Highlight. The active subscription displays: - product name - Active status - monthly amount - next billing date - Cancel control You may also open the homepage and a public product page to review the live placements. ## Highlight Analytics The Product Dashboard may record: - impressions - opens - visits from Highlight placements Use Highlight Analytics to review activity connected to these placements. Highlight events also appear in All Analytics as part of the combined product activity. Analytics helps you compare placement activity with changes to your tagline, visuals, Deal, or product page. ## Cancel Highlight Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. 1. Open Product Dashboard. 2. Open Add-ons, Highlight. 3. Select Cancel. 4. Review the displayed end date. 5. Confirm cancellation. Your placements remain active for the rest of the paid period. The Dashboard shows the scheduled cancellation date. ## Resume a scheduled cancellation Select Resume before the displayed end date if you want monthly renewal to continue. 1. Open Add-ons, Highlight. 2. Select Resume. 3. Confirm that the cancellation notice has been removed. 4. Check the next billing date. ## Failed renewal A failed renewal pauses the Highlight placements. Today's Highlights and the product-page banner stop showing the product after the subscription enters the paused state. Follow the payment instructions in the email or Dashboard, then use the available recovery option. ## Highlight and Spotlight Highlight and Spotlight provide different types of visibility. ### Highlight - monthly subscription - placement in Today's Highlights and across public product pages - continues across paid billing periods - suited to ongoing discovery ### Spotlight - one-time ticket - placement in the Featured area near the top of the homepage - runs for 7 or 30 days - suited to a selected campaign period Read [Add-ons Overview](https://kittylaunch.com/help/add-ons-overview) for the full Add-on comparison. Read [Featured Product Explained](https://kittylaunch.com/help/featured-product-explained) for Spotlight ticket instructions. ## Results Highlight provides additional exposure and more opportunities for discovery. Individual results vary. It does not guarantee: - a fixed number of visits - upvotes - Top 3 - sign-ups - sales - a specific search ranking ### Free Launch vs Skip the Line vs SuperKitty URL: https://kittylaunch.com/help/free-launch-vs-skip-the-line-vs-superkitty Tags: FAQ Published: 2026-08-28 Summary: Compare KittyLaunch Launch Plans by date control, verification, backlinks, visibility, product tools, and distribution eligibility. For years, SEO had a fairly simple goal. You wanted Google to understand your website, rank your pages, and send people to you. That still matters. But the way people discover products is changing. Instead of searching "best email tool for startups" and opening five different websites, someone can now ask ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Gemini, or Perplexity: "What are the best email tools for a small startup?" The AI reads information from different sources, compares what it finds, and gives the user a summarized answer. That changes what "being visible" means. Ranking your own website is still important. But increasingly, you also want your brand to appear in the sources AI systems use when they build an answer. This is where third-party review articles become interesting. ## SEO is no longer only about your own website ![image](https://cdn.kittylaunch.com/kittylaunch/uploads/c1ef2b20-4938-439b-88b7-28d36151945e/efa00222-91de-443d-a544-76be4fe36e36.jpeg) Traditional SEO naturally makes us focus on owned content. Your homepage. Your landing pages. Your blog. Your documentation. All of that is still the foundation. Google itself says the same SEO fundamentals continue to apply to AI Overviews and AI Mode. There is no special AEO tag that suddenly makes a website appear in AI answers. Helpful, reliable, crawlable content is still essential. ([Google Search Central, 2025](https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/ai-features)) Google's newer official guide to generative AI search makes the same point. Its AI features are built on Google's existing Search ranking and quality systems, and use retrieval-augmented generation to retrieve relevant, up-to-date pages from the Search index. ([Google Search Central, 2026](https://developers.google.com/search/docs/fundamentals/ai-optimization-guide)) But AI search introduces another layer. Google explains that its AI features may use "query fan-out." Instead of performing only one search, the system can issue multiple searches around different parts of the user's question, retrieve supporting pages, then use those sources to construct a response. ([Google Search Central, 2025](https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/ai-features)) Google specifically says AI Mode and AI Overviews can issue multiple related searches across subtopics and data sources, while identifying additional supporting web pages. This can result in a wider and more diverse set of sources than a classic web search. ([Google Search Central, 2025](https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/ai-features)) ChatGPT Search also retrieves information from the public web. OpenAI explains that any public website can appear in ChatGPT Search, and that URLs may also be discovered through third-party search providers. ([OpenAI, 2026](https://help.openai.com/en/articles/12627856-publishers-and-developers-faq)) So when someone asks an AI: "Is Product X worth using?" The AI does not necessarily look at Product X's homepage, accept everything written there, and repeat it. It may look for reviews. It may look for comparisons. It may look for discussions. It may look for articles mentioning the product alongside competitors. It may look for independent explanations of what the product actually does. That outside information is becoming part of your brand's search presence. ## Why a third-party review is different from your homepage ![image](https://cdn.kittylaunch.com/kittylaunch/uploads/c1ef2b20-4938-439b-88b7-28d36151945e/abdfd9c9-4b7c-4ed8-81ef-0fef6cce7a75.jpeg) Imagine you run a SaaS product. Your homepage says: "Our product is simple, powerful, and perfect for indie founders." That statement is useful. But you wrote it yourself. Now imagine another website publishes a detailed review: "We tested the product for a week. The setup was simple, the interface was easy to understand, and it worked particularly well for small teams launching their first product. However, larger teams may want more advanced reporting." That page gives search engines and AI systems something different. It provides an external description of your product. It connects your brand with specific use cases. It explains who the product is good for. It may mention strengths and limitations. It may compare your product with alternatives. Most importantly, it exists outside your own domain. Google's own guidance for high-quality reviews recommends exactly this kind of content. It encourages reviewers to evaluate something from a user's perspective, demonstrate expertise, provide evidence, include quantitative measurements, and explain how a product differs from competitors. Google also explicitly lists independent bloggers and editorial publications as examples of people who may create review content. ([Google Search Central, 2025](https://developers.google.com/search/docs/specialty/ecommerce/write-high-quality-reviews?hl=en)) A good review creates information that simply does not exist on the company's homepage. ## AI needs outside evidence ![image](https://cdn.kittylaunch.com/kittylaunch/uploads/c1ef2b20-4938-439b-88b7-28d36151945e/8a431ad3-ebf9-478a-b55b-25522f9988c4.jpeg) This may be one of the biggest changes from traditional SEO to AEO. When an AI system generates an answer, there are really two questions: Can it find information about your brand? And once it finds that information, does it consider the information useful enough to include in its answer? Your reference material describes this as the difference between retrieval visibility and generation visibility. Being found does not automatically mean being used. (Provided AEO video transcript, n.d.) Third-party articles can help with both. They create another searchable document associated with your brand, while also giving the AI more context about what your product is, who uses it, and where it fits in the market. This matters because AI visibility appears to be strongly connected with what the rest of the web says about a brand. Ahrefs analyzed 75,000 brands and found that branded web mentions had a 0.664 correlation with visibility in Google AI Overviews. That was substantially higher than the correlation for backlinks, which was 0.218. The three strongest factors in the study were all related to off-site brand signals. Ahrefs also explicitly notes that correlation does not prove causation. ([Linehan & Guan, 2025a](https://ahrefs.com/blog/ai-overview-brand-correlation/)) Their later research found similar patterns across ChatGPT, AI Mode, and AI Overviews, with branded web mentions showing correlations of roughly 0.66 to 0.71 with AI visibility. ([Linehan & Guan, 2025b](https://ahrefs.com/blog/ai-brand-visibility-correlations/)) Correlation does not prove that publishing a review will automatically cause an AI recommendation. But the direction is important. Being discussed across the web matters. ## The backlink is useful, but the article itself may be even more important ![image](https://cdn.kittylaunch.com/kittylaunch/uploads/c1ef2b20-4938-439b-88b7-28d36151945e/cfa47023-2eda-4b5d-8932-81d169e4230e.jpeg) This is where Review Articles become particularly interesting for SEO. A quality third-party article can give you a relevant backlink, which may help traditional SEO. But AEO adds another possible benefit. The words around that backlink matter too. If an article naturally explains: What your brand does. What problem it solves. Who should use it. How it compares with alternatives. What the reviewer liked. Where the limitations are. Then the page is creating structured external context around your brand. Ahrefs has even reported that, for its own brand, in most cases, up to 89% of its appearances in AI answers happened because other websites mentioned Ahrefs, rather than because the AI relied on Ahrefs' own website. ([Makosiewicz, 2026](https://ahrefs.com/blog/?p=201333)) This is why thinking only about backlinks may be too narrow. In traditional SEO, you might ask: "Did this article link to me?" In AEO, another useful question is: "What did this article teach the internet about me?" ## Review articles also match the type of content AI likes to use ![image](https://cdn.kittylaunch.com/kittylaunch/uploads/c1ef2b20-4938-439b-88b7-28d36151945e/69f4836f-596a-41c1-9f1d-db4906634e8e.jpeg) A peer-reviewed KDD 2024 paper introduced the concept of Generative Engine Optimization and studied ways of improving content visibility inside generative search engines. The researchers found that GEO techniques could increase content visibility by up to 40% in their experimental setting. The paper also studied approaches involving citations, statistics, quotations, and other content changes. ([Aggarwal et al., 2024](https://doi.org/10.1145/3637528.3671900)) That does not mean adding three statistics guarantees 40% more AI visibility. The useful lesson is simpler. Specific, evidence-based content gives an AI system more material to work with than vague marketing language. A thoughtful review naturally creates this kind of material. Instead of: "Product X is amazing." You get: "Product X is easier to set up than these alternatives, works best for this type of user, costs this much as of this date, and has these advantages and limitations." That is much easier to retrieve, compare, summarize, and cite. ## This matters because fewer searches end with a traditional click ![image](https://cdn.kittylaunch.com/kittylaunch/uploads/c1ef2b20-4938-439b-88b7-28d36151945e/e46477b0-dab9-45a2-a71e-61a2e248f4a9.jpeg) There is another reason brands are paying attention to AEO. AI-generated answers can reduce the need to click traditional search results. Ahrefs studied 300,000 keywords and found that when an AI Overview appeared, the average click-through rate of the number one ranking page was 58% lower in its December 2025 dataset. ([Law & Guan, 2026](https://ahrefs.com/blog/ai-overviews-reduce-clicks-update/)) SEO is not disappearing. But ranking first is no longer the only place where discovery happens. Sometimes the user sees your website. Sometimes the user sees an AI summary. Sometimes your brand is mentioned inside that summary because another website talked about you. That last scenario is exactly why off-site content deserves more attention. ## A useful Review Article should be written for people first ![image](https://cdn.kittylaunch.com/kittylaunch/uploads/c1ef2b20-4938-439b-88b7-28d36151945e/61e359a3-40e9-4fbb-929c-32ce5651651a.jpeg) There is an important warning here. Publishing hundreds of generic sponsored articles is probably not the answer. A strong third-party Review Article should actually help someone decide whether a product is right for them. It should explain the product clearly. It should give context. It should mention real advantages and limitations. It should answer questions a potential customer would genuinely have. It should be written in natural language. And ideally, it should contain information beyond what is already available on the company's homepage. Google repeatedly emphasizes people-first content, useful information, unique experience, and content that gives readers something beyond commodity information. Its 2026 generative AI search guide specifically recommends creating valuable, unique, non-commodity content and organizing it clearly for human readers. ([Google Search Central, 2026](https://developers.google.com/search/docs/fundamentals/ai-optimization-guide)) That is good advice for humans, SEO, and AEO at the same time. ## The simple way to think about SEO and AEO ![image](https://cdn.kittylaunch.com/kittylaunch/uploads/c1ef2b20-4938-439b-88b7-28d36151945e/537ca440-51bf-4747-a31f-f1126ef23cdb.jpeg) Your website tells the internet who you are. A third-party Review Article tells the internet what someone else thinks you are. Modern search engines and AI answer engines can look at both. That is why Review Articles are becoming more valuable than they were a few years ago. They can support traditional SEO through additional search visibility and relevant external coverage. They can create independent brand mentions across the web. They can explain your product in language different from your own marketing copy. They can associate your brand with categories, problems, competitors, and real use cases. And they can give AI systems another credible source to discover when someone asks for a recommendation. You cannot control exactly what ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, or another AI will recommend. But you can make sure the web contains more accurate, useful, independent information about your brand. That is increasingly becoming part of SEO. And it is becoming an important part of AEO too. For teams that want to start building this kind of third-party presence, the Review Article option is available on [KittyLaunch pricing](https://kittylaunch.com/pricing). ## Resources Aggarwal, P., Murahari, V., Rajpurohit, T., Kalyan, A., Narasimhan, K., & Deshpande, A. If you spend enough time around indie founders, the phrase "lifetime deal" starts to sound a bit mythic. For some people, it means a cash injection, a burst of attention, and a wave of early users. For others, it means years of support work tied to a price they regret charging. Both versions are real, which is why running a launch lifetime deal SaaS offer needs more thought than people admit. The basic temptation is easy to understand. You want traction. You want signal. You want users who will actually click around and tell you what feels off. A lifetime offer can create that initial pull, especially in spaces where buyers are already browsing SaaS lifetime deals and indie SaaS deals with a pretty sharp eye for value. Still, if the offer is sloppy, it can distort your product before it has a chance to mature. So the real question is not whether a lifetime deal is good or bad. It is whether your product is stable enough, your pricing is sensible enough, and your expectations are grounded enough. ### When A Lifetime Deal Makes Sense A lifetime deal makes the most sense when your product is still in that awkward, formative stage where feedback matters almost as much as revenue. Not theoretical feedback, either. Real usage. Real friction. Real people opening support emails and saying, politely or otherwise, "this part is confusing." That is where a launch lifetime deal SaaS strategy can help. It can bring in early adopters who are willing to test, compare, and complain in useful ways. That kind of usage data is hard to fake. A quiet product often feels safer, but it also hides structural problems. There are a few situations where lifetime deals tend to work reasonably well: - You have a product with low marginal cost per user. - Your onboarding is simple enough that new customers do not require hand-holding every day. - You need validation and testimonials more than perfect average revenue per account. - You want word-of-mouth from a niche audience that enjoys discovering indie tools early. The founder mindset matters too. If you view the deal as a short-term channel for learning and attention, you will probably make calmer decisions. If you treat it like a magic fix for a weak product, things can get messy fast. ### When A Lifetime Deal Is A Bad Idea Some products should not run one. Honestly, a lot of products should wait. If your software has ongoing infrastructure costs that scale hard with usage, a cheap lifetime plan can become a quiet liability. You may collect a nice little bump in cash upfront, then spend the next two years subsidizing power users who never upgrade and still expect fast support. That is not dramatic, just draining. This risk gets worse when founders underprice the deal because they are anxious about attention. That usually leads to the wrong-fit customer mix. People arrive expecting a bargain first, a product second. They are not necessarily bad customers, but they often optimize for extraction. Every extra feature request suddenly feels loaded. A lifetime deal is usually a bad idea if: - Your product is still unreliable in core workflows. - Support already feels heavy with your current user base. - Your pricing model depends on usage expansion over time. - You have no clear limits around seats, usage, or premium capabilities. - Refund risk would hit cash flow harder than the deal would help it. This is the part founders often skip. They ask, "Can I get buyers?" when the sharper question is, "Can I carry these buyers well after the promotion ends?" ### How To Structure A Launch Deal Most damage from SaaS lifetime deals comes from fuzzy structure, not from the concept itself. The cleanest approach is to define the offer like a product tier, not like a desperate discount. That means setting boundaries early. Limits are not rude. They are what keep the deal honest. Start with scope. What exactly does the buyer get for life? One workspace. One brand. A capped number of projects. A certain monthly usage threshold. Choose something that reflects the economics of your product. If you avoid this because it feels less attractive, you are just pushing the hard conversation into the future. Then think about tiers. A single flat plan sounds simple, but sometimes a two-tier or three-tier setup creates less confusion. Smaller users can buy a lightweight plan, while heavier users can choose a larger one without forcing you into a one-price-fits-all trap. Useful elements to define up front: - Usage limits - Seat limits - Access to future premium features, yes or no - Eligibility rules, such as new customers only - Exact time window for the deal - Refund terms - Upgrade path for users who outgrow the plan That upgrade path matters more than people realize. If you run a SaaS deal platform promotion and some buyers later want more seats, more automation, or higher usage, the transition should feel obvious. Not punitive, just clear. A good lifetime plan does not eliminate future revenue. It makes room for it without resentment. It also helps to write the positioning plainly. Say what the deal is for. Early supporters. Founding users. A launch phase. However you phrase it, anchor the offer to context. Buyers tend to respond better when they understand why the deal exists. ### Where To Promote An Indie SaaS Deal Promotion is where founders often overfocus on volume and underfocus on fit. More traffic is not always better. The wrong crowd can create noise, refunds, and support churn. For indie SaaS deals, a better approach is to spread distribution across places where product discovery already feels intentional. That can include deal directories, launch communities, founder spaces, newsletters, and your own product page ecosystem. A good SaaS deal platform can put the offer in front of buyers who already understand software deals. That helps. But platforms alone are rarely enough. The offer usually lands better when there is surrounding context, such as what the product does, who built it, what changed recently, and what users are saying. That is why a launch page matters. A product page with reviews, updates, and a clear maker story tends to carry more trust than a discount listing floating in isolation. On a platform like [KittyLaunch](https://kittylaunch.com), the deal can sit closer to the rest of the launch cycle, which makes the offer feel less like a random coupon and more like part of a product's early growth arc. Newsletters can work too, especially niche ones. A broad blast may send lots of curious clicks, but smaller communities often bring more relevant buyers. Founders who actually care about your category will give sharper feedback, and they are less likely to churn emotionally the minute something is imperfect. What tends to work best is a layered approach: - A clear deal listing - A product page with enough depth to answer objections - A short founder explanation of who the deal is for - Follow-up updates after launch so the deal does not look abandoned That last piece is easy to overlook. People buying deals for indie makers often check whether the product is alive. If the page feels stale, confidence drops. ### Metrics To Watch After The Deal Revenue is the loudest metric, so people obsess over it first. Fair enough. But if you stop there, you can convince yourself the launch worked while the product quietly absorbs damage. Watch activation closely. Did customers actually set up the product and reach the first useful outcome, or did they mostly buy and disappear? A large pile of inactive lifetime users might look flattering for a week, then tell you almost nothing. Retention matters too, though with a different texture than monthly SaaS. You are not measuring monthly renewals here. You are looking for continued usage, repeat sessions, and whether users integrate the tool into their workflow or drift away after the novelty wears off. Support tickets are another early warning sign. If every batch of new users creates a wave of confusion, the issue may not be the customers. It may be your onboarding, your scope, or the mismatch between the deal promise and the product reality. The most useful post-deal metrics usually include: - Activation rate - Ongoing usage after the first week and first month - Support tickets per 100 customers - Refund rate - Reviews and sentiment quality - Expansion revenue from upgrades or add-ons Reviews are particularly revealing. Not just star ratings, but the language people use. Do they mention clarity, reliability, and momentum? Or are they mainly talking about price? If the conversation is only about the discount, the offer may have overshadowed the product. Expansion revenue is worth watching because it tells you whether the deal created a healthy edge into the rest of your business. Some lifetime users will never spend again, and that is fine. But if none of them upgrade, refer others, or deepen usage, the long-term value may be thinner than it first appeared. ### The Real Goal Of A Lifetime Deal Maybe this is the uncomfortable part. A lifetime deal should not exist to rescue a weak launch. It should help a promising product gather momentum without bending itself into something unsustainable. That means restraint. It means knowing your margins well enough to say no to a deal structure that looks popular but feels dangerous. It means choosing distribution channels carefully, whether that is a SaaS deal platform, founder community, or a launch page that keeps the story coherent, like the kind you can build around visibility, reviews, and updates at https://kittylaunch.com. And it means remembering that early traction is only useful if your product can carry it. Some founders need a lifetime deal. Some really do not. The trick is being honest about which camp you are in before the invoices roll in and the support queue starts whispering back. ### How To Get Your First 100 Users As An Indie Maker URL: https://kittylaunch.com/marketing-tips/how-to-get-your-first-100-users-as-an-indie-maker Tags: Marketing Tips Published: 2026-05-18 Summary: A practical, grounded guide for indie makers who want their first 100 users, using launch platforms and communities without relying on a one-time traffic spike. Getting your first 100 users as an indie maker sounds tidy when people say it out loud. In reality, it is usually uneven, a little awkward, and full of tiny course corrections. One week nothing happens, then three people sign up after a comment thread you nearly did not write. Then somebody replies with a bug report, which feels mildly painful until you realize that real usage has finally begun. That is why the phrase **first 100 users startup** matters so much. It is not just a growth milestone. It is the point where a product stops existing only in your head and starts bumping into actual habits, objections, and expectations. If you are trying to **get first users for SaaS**, the goal is not mass exposure right away. The goal is concentrated relevance. Most indie products do not need a giant audience at the start. They need the right small audience, repeated visibility, and enough trust for people to try something built by a person they have never met. That is where a thoughtful mix of launch pages, founder communities, and light incentives can do real work. ### Define Your First User Segment Before posting anywhere, narrow the target. Not by demographics alone, but by urgency. Who feels the problem strongly enough to try a slightly rough new tool from an unknown maker? That question changes everything. If your product helps freelancers write proposals faster, your first user segment is probably not "anyone who writes." It might be solo consultants who send several proposals each week and hate rewriting the same paragraphs. If your tool helps founders collect feedback, maybe your early users are makers who have already launched once and know how chaotic feature requests become. This is where many founders get fuzzy. They describe the product in broad, polished language, then wonder why nobody reacts. Broad language creates broad indifference. Specific pain attracts specific people. Try framing your first user segment with three filters: 1. They already feel the problem. 2. They are willing to try new tools. 3. They spend time in places where indie products get discussed. Once you know that segment, your messaging gets less theatrical and more believable. You stop saying your product is for everyone, and start saying what it helps with on a difficult Tuesday afternoon. That tends to land better. ### Use Launch Platforms For Concentrated Attention A **launch platform for indie makers** can compress attention into a short window. That does not guarantee traction, obviously, but it gives you a setting where people are already in discovery mode. That matters. Context matters more than many founders admit. When people visit a launch page, they expect to see new tools. They are comparing, skimming, judging, saving, upvoting, and sometimes commenting. That means your job is not to drag people into the mood for discovery. The mood already exists. You just need to present the product clearly. If you want to **discover indie products**, you usually look for a few things fast: 1. What the product does. 2. Who it helps. 3. Why this version is worth trying now. So your launch page should make those answers obvious. Keep the tagline concrete. Use screenshots that explain flow, not just style. If comments are open, show up in them like a human being, not a pitch deck in disguise. A short founder reply with a real detail often does more than a polished paragraph. That is part of why platforms like [KittyLaunch](https://kittylaunch.com) can be useful in the early stage. They put your product in front of people who are already browsing new launches, which is a more favorable starting point than posting into a random feed and hoping somebody cares. Still, concentrated attention is not the same as durable adoption. A launch page gives you a pulse, not a full heartbeat. If you lean on it as your only channel, you may get a brief bump and then silence. The founders who do better usually treat launch platforms as the beginning of a loop, not the whole strategy. ### Use Communities For Repeated Exposure This is where the **indie maker community** becomes important. People rarely trust a new product after seeing it once, especially if the maker has no visible track record. Familiarity helps. So does continuity. Repeated exposure does not mean spamming every founder space you can find. It means becoming legible over time. For example, a founder who posts a launch, shares one useful build note a few days later, answers follow-up questions, and returns with a small update feels more trustworthy than someone who appears once with a polished link and disappears. It is subtle, but people notice. Communities are useful because they let your product exist in conversation, not just on a landing page. You can talk about what changed after feedback. You can mention a bug you fixed. You can explain why a certain feature took longer than expected. Oddly enough, those imperfect details often make the product feel more real. If you are trying to **get first users for SaaS**, repeated exposure tends to outperform one dramatic announcement. Founders love the idea of a breakout post. Most products grow through accumulation instead. One reply here, one mention there, one community thread that keeps bringing a trickle of curious users. There is also a practical side to this. Communities help you hear the exact language people use when they describe their problem. That language is gold. It shapes your onboarding copy, your product page, and even your future content. It also keeps you from writing in sterile startup jargon, which, frankly, many people scroll past without a second thought. ### Use Deals To Reduce Adoption Friction Early users take a chance on unfinished products. It is reasonable to make that risk feel smaller. This is where deals can help, though they need some care. The point is not to cheapen the product or train people to wait forever for discounts. The point is to reduce friction for people who are interested but hesitant. An early-user discount can work when it feels straightforward and fair. A lifetime deal can work too, especially if you are still learning what people value and want a committed batch of users who will actually use the thing. But this only works if expectations are clear. If people feel confused about limits, future access, or support, the deal creates distrust instead of momentum. Some makers overcomplicate this stage. Honestly, a simple launch offer often does enough. The people who care are not always chasing the lowest price. They are looking for a reason to try now rather than someday. That is why deal framing matters. Tie it to participation, not hype. For instance, say the offer is for early adopters while you improve the product with real feedback. That feels grounded. It matches reality. If your product is listed on a **launch platform for indie makers**, a limited introductory offer can also give browsing users a small push to stop bookmarking and actually sign up. Not a huge push, just enough to reduce hesitation. ### Convert Users Into Feedback The first 100 users are valuable partly because they reveal what your product actually is. You might think you are selling one benefit, then discover people keep praising a different part of the experience. You may assume a feature is central, but nobody mentions it. Or the opposite happens, a tiny utility you nearly ignored becomes the reason people stay. So do not treat early users as a scoreboard. Treat them as signal. After launch, ask for lightweight feedback in places that fit the product flow. A short review request after a meaningful action can work. So can a simple feature request area, roadmap voting, or a changelog follow option. Those systems do two things at once: they teach you what matters, and they give users a reason to remain connected after the first visit. This is where many makers quietly miss a chance. They focus so much on acquisition that they forget continuity. A person who signs up, gives feedback, votes on a roadmap item, and returns after a changelog update is far more valuable than a random visitor from a traffic spike. Platforms built around product discovery can support this kind of loop when they let people follow launches, leave reactions, or revisit updated products. If you want a compact place to publish and keep the product visible, [KittyLaunch](https://kittylaunch.com) fits naturally into that process, especially if you pair the listing with founder participation elsewhere. The deeper truth is this: your first 100 users usually come from overlap. Not one source. Not one magic community. Not one perfect post. They come from a sharp user segment, a credible launch surface, repeated presence in the indie maker community, a little reduction in friction, and a decent feedback loop once people arrive. That is less glamorous than the myth of overnight traction. But it is also more stable. And for an indie maker, stable beats dramatic most days. ### Waitlist Guide URL: https://kittylaunch.com/help/waitlist-guide Tags: FAQ Published: 2026-04-25 Summary: Learn how KittyLaunch waitlists work, who can join, how confirmation and email sharing work, and what makers can do with waitlist pages and exports. Waitlist is the pre launch interest system for eligible products on KittyLaunch. It is designed to help makers collect demand before a product goes live, then turn that demand into launch day traffic and post launch follow up. ## When waitlist is useful Waitlist is most useful for: - draft products - scheduled products - products building momentum before launch - makers who want a launch day email audience ready in advance ## Who sees the waitlist ### SuperKitty products For SuperKitty products, the waitlist can appear to public visitors when the product is still in an eligible pre launch state. ### Non SuperKitty products For non SuperKitty products, normal visitors do not see the same active waitlist form. For the upgrade side of this relationship, read [SuperKitty Guide](https://kittylaunch.com/help/superkitty-guide). ## How waitlist join works The join flow depends on whether the visitor is logged in. ### Logged in user If the user is logged in, the system can use the account email for the join. For logged in users, joining the waitlist can also create the product follow relationship automatically. ### Guest user If the user is not logged in, they need to enter an email address. For the full waitlist flow, the system uses a double opt in confirmation model. The user is expected to confirm the email before being treated as confirmed. ## Email sharing with the maker Waitlist users can choose whether to share their email with the maker. This is important because maker email access is permission based. The maker can only access emails from users who explicitly agreed to share them. ## Confirmation, unsubscribe, and rejoin Waitlist email flows support: - confirmation links - unsubscribe links - rejoin behavior after a previous unsubscribe This keeps waitlist communication permission based and manageable. ## Waitlist launch day emails When an eligible waitlist product goes live, confirmed waitlist members can receive launch day emails. This is one of the strongest reasons to build the waitlist before launch. It converts pre launch interest into immediate launch traffic. ## Shareable waitlist page Eligible products can also have a dedicated shareable waitlist page. That page is useful for: - social bios - email signatures - launch teasers - communities - pre launch campaigns The waitlist page is intentionally different from the main product page. It is focused on conversion, not on competing with the main product page in search. ## What makers can see in waitlist management For eligible products, the maker dashboard can expose: - total waitlist count - opted in count - the list of shared emails - CSV export of shared emails Export only applies to users who agreed to share their email. ## Best practices for makers Waitlist works best when: - you start collecting signups before launch - your shareable link is used consistently - you clearly explain what the product is - you respect the email sharing permission - you treat launch day email traffic as a real part of your launch plan ## Related guides - [SuperKitty Guide](https://kittylaunch.com/help/superkitty-guide) - [How to Launch Your Product](https://kittylaunch.com/help/how-to-launch-your-product) - [Following Products and Product Notifications](https://kittylaunch.com/help/following-products-and-product-notifications) - [Troubleshooting Common Issues](https://kittylaunch.com/help/troubleshooting-common-issues) ## FAQ ### Can any product use the full waitlist system? No. The unlocked waitlist system is currently tied to SuperKitty. ### Does guest waitlist join work differently from logged in join? Yes. Guest waitlist join is email based and uses confirmation logic. ### Can the maker export every waitlist email automatically? No. Export only applies to users who agreed to share their email. ### SuperKitty Guide URL: https://kittylaunch.com/help/superkitty-guide Tags: FAQ Published: 2026-04-25 Summary: Learn what SuperKitty is, what product level benefits it unlocks, how it changes launch planning, and how it relates to waitlist and feedback tools. This is important if you manage multiple products. The current price appears on the SuperKitty page, pricing page, product form, and checkout. --- ## Launch benefits SuperKitty includes the launch benefits from Skip the line: - automatic verification - choice of launch date - Launch Now - weekly launch capacity bypass - eligibility for Project Distribution consideration It also includes: - 7 dofollow backlinks - removal of Similar Products from the public product page - one free 7-day Spotlight ticket - one free Review Article if the product reaches the Top 3 --- ## Free 7-day Spotlight ticket After payment confirmation, KittyLaunch adds one Available 7-day Spotlight ticket to the account. It is designed for products that want a new round of attention, a new current launch record, and a fresh chance to compete as a current launch without throwing away the product's longer history. ## Relaunch is not a normal edit This is the most important rule to understand. A normal edit updates the existing product page. A relaunch does more than that: - it archives the current launch's upvotes - it creates a fresh active launch state - it records launch history - it can notify followers again So relaunch should be treated as a new launch cycle, not as a simple content update. ## Who can relaunch a product Relaunch is intended for products that are already published. The product also needs to remain eligible under the current platform rules. For example, products under moderation are not normal relaunch candidates. ## What you can update during relaunch Relaunch can update many launch facing fields, including: - name - tagline - short description - description - screenshots - category - tags - pricing - thank you note - launch date mode This lets the maker refresh positioning and presentation for the new launch cycle. ## What you cannot change during relaunch The website URL stays fixed during relaunch. That is expected behavior because the product identity is still tied to that website. ## Launch timing during relaunch Relaunch supports the same general timing choices makers expect from a launch flow, such as: - go live now - schedule a future date Relaunch also bypasses the normal weekly capacity limit. That is one of the reasons relaunch is treated differently from a normal first launch. ## What resets when relaunch happens When relaunch is confirmed, the current active launch state changes in important ways. The main resets are: - current active upvotes are archived - the visible active upvote count resets - the new launch becomes the current active launch This is why ranking behavior after relaunch must be understood as a fresh current launch. For ranking details, read [Ranking, Leaderboards, and Rules](https://kittylaunch.com/help/ranking-leaderboards-and-rules). ## What stays attached after relaunch Relaunch resets the current launch, but it does not wipe the full product history. Important long term assets can stay attached, including: - launch history - winner badges - reviews - comments - product identity This lets a product build long term credibility while still gaining a fresh current launch. ## Launch history Relaunch adds to the product's launch history. That history helps the maker and the platform keep a record of earlier launch cycles instead of pretending they never happened. ## Relaunch notifications Relaunch can notify product followers that the product is live again. That matters because product follow is part of the current subscription system for product updates. Read [Following Products and Product Notifications](https://kittylaunch.com/help/following-products-and-product-notifications) for the follower side of this behavior. ## Relaunch and waitlist If the product already uses related launch communication systems, relaunch can work alongside them according to the product's current setup. If you are trying to understand waitlist and SuperKitty specifically, read [Waitlist Guide](https://kittylaunch.com/help/waitlist-guide) and [SuperKitty Guide](https://kittylaunch.com/help/superkitty-guide). ## Relaunch and SuperKitty Relaunch is not a SuperKitty feature. However, if a product already has SuperKitty, that SuperKitty status can stay with the product after relaunch. ## When relaunch makes the most sense Relaunch is most useful when: - the product has changed meaningfully - you want a fresh active launch window - you want to refresh positioning and screenshots - you want another round of current visibility ## Related guides - [How to Launch Your Product](https://kittylaunch.com/help/how-to-launch-your-product) - [Ranking, Leaderboards, and Rules](https://kittylaunch.com/help/ranking-leaderboards-and-rules) - [Following Products and Product Notifications](https://kittylaunch.com/help/following-products-and-product-notifications) - [Waitlist Guide](https://kittylaunch.com/help/waitlist-guide) - [SuperKitty Guide](https://kittylaunch.com/help/superkitty-guide) - [Troubleshooting Common Issues](https://kittylaunch.com/help/troubleshooting-common-issues) ## FAQ ### Can I relaunch a draft product? Relaunch is intended for products that are already published. ### Does relaunch erase reviews and badges? No. Relaunch resets the current active launch count, but important long term assets can remain attached. ### Can I change the website URL during relaunch? No. The website URL stays fixed during relaunch. ### Following Products and Product Notifications URL: https://kittylaunch.com/help/following-products-and-product-notifications Tags: FAQ Published: 2026-04-25 Summary: Learn how following products works, how it differs from following creators, where updates appear, and which actions trigger notifications. Following a product is tied to product updates, launch alerts, relaunch alerts, and part of the Feedback Portal notification flow. ## Product follow and creator follow are different KittyLaunch has two different follow systems. ### Follow creator Follow creator means you want to follow the person. That is handled through creator profiles and creator follower counts. Read [Creator Profiles and Following Creators](https://kittylaunch.com/help/creator-profiles-following-and-bookmarks) for that system. ### Follow product Follow product means you want updates from one specific product. That follow is tied to the product itself, not to every product the creator will ever launch. ## How to follow a product On a product page, use the product follow action. When you follow a product: - the product enters your followed products list - you become eligible for future product update notifications Click the same action again to unfollow. ## Where to find followed products Your followed products appear in the dedicated following view and in the related dashboard experience. This lets you come back to products you want to watch over time. ## What following a product now does Following a product is now used as a shared subscription layer for product updates. That means product follow can power notifications for: - first launch - relaunch - roadmap shipped notifications - changelog published notifications This is why the system should no longer be thought of as a simple private bookmark only. ## Launch notifications If you follow a product before it goes live, you can be notified when it launches. This is especially useful for products you discovered before launch and want to revisit later. ## Relaunch notifications If a followed product is relaunched, followers can receive a relaunch notification. This matters because relaunch creates a fresh active launch, not just a minor edit. For relaunch details, read [Relaunch Guide](https://kittylaunch.com/help/relaunch-guide). ## Roadmap and changelog subscriptions use the same follow record If you follow a product, that follow can also act as your subscription for roadmap and changelog updates. In practice, this means: - if the product ships a roadmap item, you can be notified - if the product publishes a changelog entry, you can be notified So product follow is now closely tied to the Feedback Portal. For the module level rules, read [Feedback Portal Guide](https://kittylaunch.com/help/feedback-portal-guide). ## Waitlist and product follow are related, but not identical Waitlist behavior depends on the product and the user state. ### Logged in user joins a waitlist If a logged in user joins a product waitlist, the system can also create the product follow relationship automatically. This helps turn pre launch interest into post launch and post update notifications. ### Guest joins a waitlist A guest waitlist join does not create the same normal logged in product follow relationship. Guest waitlist behavior is email based. Read [Waitlist Guide](https://kittylaunch.com/help/waitlist-guide) for the full waitlist flow. ## Product follow and roadmap subscribe buttons Some product experiences use wording such as **Subscribe for updates** in the roadmap or changelog area. In the current system, that subscription maps to the same underlying product follow record. That means following a product and subscribing to roadmap or changelog updates are now part of one connected behavior. ## When product follow is most useful Following a product is most useful when: - the product is not live yet - you want relaunch alerts - you care about roadmap progress - you want changelog updates - you may come back later to review or try the product ## Best practices for users Use product follow when you care about one specific product over time. Use creator follow when you care about the builder across future launches. If you care about both, use both. ## Related guides - [Creator Profiles and Following Creators](https://kittylaunch.com/help/creator-profiles-following-and-bookmarks) - [Waitlist Guide](https://kittylaunch.com/help/waitlist-guide) - [SuperKitty Guide](https://kittylaunch.com/help/superkitty-guide) - [Relaunch Guide](https://kittylaunch.com/help/relaunch-guide) - [Feedback Portal Guide](https://kittylaunch.com/help/feedback-portal-guide) - [Troubleshooting Common Issues](https://kittylaunch.com/help/troubleshooting-common-issues) ## FAQ ### Is product follow the same as creator follow? No. Product follow and creator follow are separate systems. ### Can following a product notify me about roadmap and changelog updates? Yes. In the current system, product follow also powers those update subscriptions. ### Does joining a waitlist also follow the product? For logged in users, it can. Guest waitlist joins work differently. ### Can I unfollow later? Yes. Use the product follow action again to remove the follow. ### Feedback Portal Guide URL: https://kittylaunch.com/help/feedback-portal-guide Tags: FAQ Published: 2026-04-25 Summary: Learn how the Feedback Portal works, including roadmap, changelog, feature requests, status pages, toggles, and follower updates. Reaching the Top 3 on KittyLaunch is more than a weekly ranking. It gives your product extra trust, extra exposure, and a stronger long-term presence on the platform. This guide explains what you get when your product reaches the Top 3, how Weekly Awards work, and what you can do to improve your chances. ## What Top 3 means Every week, KittyLaunch reviews products that launched during that competition week. The weekly competition period follows an ISO week: Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59:59 UTC. Products are ranked by qualifying votes during that week. Verified system votes also count for the product competition week. KittyLaunch uses dense ranking. If multiple products have the same vote count, they share the same rank. That means more than three products can win if there are ties. --- ## Benefit 1: Higher product weight and visibility Top 3 products receive stronger platform signals. In simple terms, product weight means how much authority and visibility your product earns inside the KittyLaunch. A product with stronger weight can have a better chance of being discovered across product pages, archive pages, badges, internal links, and future visibility features. Top 3 status is one of the clearest trust signals a product can earn on KittyLaunch. --- ## Benefit 2: Editor-assisted search engine optimization When your product reaches the Top 3, our editor can personally help improve the search engine quality of your KittyLaunch product pages. This can include reviewing and improving: - Your main product page - Your reviews page - Your deals page - Page title quality - Product description clarity - Internal linking opportunities - Rich snippet readiness when review or deal data exists The goal is simple. We want your product page to be easier for users and search engines to understand. --- ## Benefit 3: Extra homepage visibility Top 3 products can receive additional homepage exposure for one more week. This gives your launch more time to collect traffic after the main competition week ends. For indie makers, this matters because most launches do not stop after one day. People discover products late, share them late, and come back after seeing them more than once. --- ## Benefit 4: A Winner Badge for brand trust Top 3 products receive a Winner Badge. You can use this badge to show that your product performed well on KittyLaunch. The badge can be added to your product website, launch page, footer, testimonial section, or press area. It helps visitors understand that your product has already received public support from the KittyLaunch community. --- ## Benefit 5: Permanent Hall of Fame placement Top 3 winners are added to the KittyLaunch Hall of Fame through our weekly archive. This means your product can remain visible as one of the official winners for that week. Even after the launch week is over, people can still discover past winners from the Archive. --- ## Benefit 6: Social media visibility Top 3 winners can be featured on KittyLaunch social media accounts. This gives your product another chance to reach users beyond the website. If your product page is clear and your product story is strong, social visibility can help bring new visitors back to your launch page. --- ## Benefit 7: Newsletter visibility, coming soon Top 3 winners may be included in the KittyLaunch newsletter when the newsletter feature becomes available. This is planned as another way to help strong products reach more builders, early adopters, and indie product fans. --- ## Benefit 8: SuperKitty Top 3 Review Article A Top 3 product with SuperKitty receives one free Review Article. Both requirements must be recorded for the same product: - active SuperKitty status - official Top 3 result Read [Review Article Guide](https://kittylaunch.com/help/review-article-guide) for article format and delivery details. --- ## More benefits are coming KittyLaunch is still growing. More Top 3 benefits will be announced as we build more creator tools, visibility systems, and community features. --- ## Tips to get Top 3 There is no guaranteed way to win Top 3, but you can improve your chances by preparing well. ### Launch on the right day Launch early in the competition week if possible. Because the weekly competition runs from Monday to Sunday in UTC, launching on Monday gives your product the full week to collect votes. ### Complete your product page before launch A strong product page should have: - A clear name - A specific tagline - A useful short description - A complete product description - A working website URL - A clean logo - Real screenshots - Correct category and tags - Clear pricing People vote faster when they understand what your product does. ### Verify your product Verified products receive a trust signal, 10 Reputation Points for the maker, and a developer's Upvote as a welcome gift. Verification also shows users that the product has a real website connected to the KittyLaunch page. ### Prepare your supporters before launch Do not wait until the last hour. Before launch, prepare a short list of people who may support you: - Existing users - Beta testers - Newsletter readers - Friends in maker communities - Customers - People who gave feedback during development Ask for honest support. Do not ask for fake votes. ### Use your first comment well Your first comment is a good place to explain: - Why you built the product - Who it is for - What kind of feedback you want - What is new or different A useful first comment can start a better conversation. ### Invite real reviews Reviews help users understand your product more deeply. If you have existing users, invite them to leave honest reviews on your KittyLaunch reviews page. Real reviews can strengthen trust and help your reviews page become more useful. ### Add a deal if you have a real offer If your product is Verified and you have a real discount, add a deal. Deals can give users another reason to visit, try, and share your product. Only add deals that are real and working. ### Share more than once A launch is not one post. Share your launch across the week: - Launch announcement - Founder story - Product demo - Customer use case - Review request - Reminder before the week ends KittyPilot can help you prepare email drafts, social posts, DM templates, and launch posters. ### Avoid shortcuts that hurt trust Do not use fake votes, fake reviews, misleading discounts, or spammy promotion. These can reduce product trust, lower visibility, or lead to moderation action. Read [How Upvoting Works](https://kittylaunch.com/help/how-upvoting-works) and [Ranking, Leaderboards and Rules](https://kittylaunch.com/help/ranking-leaderboards-and-rules) for details. ### Other Finally, you can also read [KittyLaunch's Product Launch Guide/Tips/Checklists](https://kittylaunch.com/blog/kittylaunch-product-launch-guide) ## After the weekly result If the product receives Top 3: 1. Check the product Dashboard and award surfaces. 2. Open the badge builder. 3. Choose a Winner Badge style. 4. Add it to the product website if desired. 5. Review the Hall of Fame entry. 6. Confirm any additional homepage placement. 7. If the product has SuperKitty, follow the free Review Article instructions supplied by KittyLaunch. --- ## FAQ ### How are winners selected? Reviews help people understand what real users think about your product. On KittyLaunch, reviews are more than comments. They can improve trust, increase product visibility, support search discovery, and become testimonials that you can embed on your own website. ## Why reviews matter A product page is strongest when it is supported by real user feedback. Visitors want to know: - who is using the product - what problem the product solves - what people like about it - whether the product is trustworthy - whether the creator is active Reviews help answer those questions in a way that your own marketing copy cannot. --- ## Benefits of inviting users to review your product ### 1. Higher product weight and visibility Reviews can increase your product weight on KittyLaunch. The more real, helpful reviews your product receives, the stronger the signal that your product is active and useful. Higher product weight can help increase your visibility across the platform. Fake or low-quality reviews do not help. They can reduce trust and may lower product weight. ### 2. Another indexable do-follow link page When your product has reviews, KittyLaunch can create a dedicated reviews page for your product. Only review pages with real review content are useful for indexing. Empty review pages are not valuable for users or search engines. When allowed by product page rules, your review page can also include a do-follow backlink to your product. ### 3. Better search appearance with review rich snippets KittyLaunch review pages are technically optimized for search engines. When your product has valid review data, Google may show review information in search results, such as star rating and review count. For example, a search result may show a rating style like: ★★★★☆ 4.5 · 23 reviews ![image](https://cdn.kittylaunch.com/kittylaunch/uploads/c1ef2b20-4938-439b-88b7-28d36151945e/32c2d649-e979-4163-bf00-e7a4523764e6.jpeg) ### 4. Stronger social proof Reviews help new visitors trust your product faster. A useful review can explain your product from the customer's point of view. It can show the problem, the result, and the reason they recommend it. This is especially valuable for indie products, SaaS tools, directories, templates, AI tools, plugins, and digital products where trust matters before purchase. ### 5. Free testimonial embed for verified products Verified products can use the Testimonial Embed feature. You can highlight selected reviews from KittyLaunch and embed them on your own website as social proof, a testimonial section, or a wall of love. This works similarly to testimonial tools like testimonial.to and Senja, but it is included for verified KittyLaunch products. Many standalone testimonial tools charge a monthly fee. KittyLaunch includes the testimonial embed feature for Verified products because we want makers to build a fanbase and collect community-driven product feedback without adding another subscription. ### Useful product feedback Reviews are not only for marketing. They can help you understand: - what users like most - what confuses users - what features users want next - what objections stop people from buying - what language users use to describe your product You can use this feedback to improve your product page, roadmap, onboarding, and launch messaging. --- ## How to invite users to review your product Go to: Dashboard > My Product > Product Dashboard > Reviews tab Then follow these steps: 1. Copy your review invite link. 2. Share the link with real users, customers, beta testers, community members, or early supporters. 3. Ask them to leave an honest review. 4. Send the link through email, social media, direct messages, or your user community. 5. If you sell a product, you can also send an automated review request after purchase or after onboarding. Your review invite link will open your product reviews page and focus the review form. --- ## Example review request message You can use a simple message like this: Hi, thank you for trying our product. We are collecting honest feedback on KittyLaunch. If you have a minute, could you leave a short review here? Then add your review invite link. Keep the message simple. Ask for an honest review, not only a positive review. --- ## Testimonial Embed Testimonial Embed lets you show selected KittyLaunch reviews on your own website. You can use it for: - a landing page testimonial section - a wall of love - a pricing page - a homepage trust section - a launch page - a product update page Only reviews that you highlight will appear in your testimonial embed. This gives you control over which reviews are shown on your website. --- ## How to embed testimonials on your website First, make sure your product is verified. Testimonial Embed is only available for verified products. Then go to: Dashboard > My Product > Product Dashboard > Reviews tab Follow these steps: 1. Review the feedback you have collected. 2. Highlight the reviews that you want to show on your website. 3. Open the Testimonial Embed section. 4. Choose the display style if options are available. 5. Copy the embed code. 6. Paste the embed code into your website where you want the testimonials to appear. 7. Open your website and make sure the embed displays correctly. When you highlight or unhighlight reviews later, your embed can update based on your selected reviews. --- ## Review rules Reviews must be **real and useful**. KittyLaunch has the right to evaluate review credibility and remove fake reviews. If a product receives many fake, low-value, or misleading reviews, the product weight may be reduced. Lower product weight can reduce visibility on the platform. In serious cases, KittyLaunch may ban the product or block the account. Do not buy fake reviews. Do not create fake accounts to review your own product. Do not ask users to copy the same review text. Do not reward users for leaving only positive reviews. Ask for honest feedback from real users. --- ## FAQ ### Do users need an account to review my product? Users may need to sign in before leaving a review. This helps reduce spam and makes reviews more trustworthy. ### Can users leave a rating? Yes. Reviews can include a rating when the review form supports it. ### Can I reply to reviews? Yes. Product creators can reply to reviews when replies are available. Use replies to thank users, answer questions, and clarify issues. ### Do reviews guarantee better ranking? No. Reviews are one signal. Product quality, launch activity, valid upvotes, verification, deals, and overall user engagement also matter. ### Do reviews guarantee Google rich snippets? No. KittyLaunch can provide structured review data, but **Google decides** if rich snippets appear. ### Can I embed every review on my website? You can choose which reviews to highlight. It is better to highlight useful, specific reviews instead of showing every short or unclear review. ### Is Testimonial Embed free? Testimonial Embed is included for verified products. ### What kind of reviews should I ask for? Ask users to describe what they used the product for, what changed after using it, what they liked, and what could be improved. Specific reviews are more valuable than generic praise. ### Reports, Moderation, and Appeals URL: https://kittylaunch.com/help/reports-moderation-and-appeals Tags: FAQ Published: 2026-04-17 Summary: Learn how reports, moderation, appeals, demotions, bans, and suspicious vote reviews protect KittyLaunch users and creators. KittyLaunch uses reports and moderation to keep the platform useful, fair, and safe. Users should be able to discover real products, trust visible offers, and support launches without spam, scams, fake activity, or misleading content. ## Why moderation exists Moderation protects: - users who browse products - creators who launch honestly - leaderboard fairness - deal quality - review credibility - platform safety - search and discovery quality Without moderation, spam and manipulation can make launch results less meaningful. --- ## What you can report You can report: - products - deals - user profiles Reports help KittyLaunch identify issues that may need review. --- ## Reporting a product You may report a product for reasons such as: - spam - misleading information - inappropriate content - copyright or IP violation - scam or harmful intent - unsafe links - suspicious activity - impersonation Use the report option on the product page when available. --- ## Reporting a deal You may report a deal if: - the promo code does not work - the discount is no longer available - the deal link is broken - the offer is misleading - the deal is fake - the deal sends users to an unsafe page Creators should test deals before publishing and remove expired deals quickly. --- ## Reporting a user You may report a user profile for reasons such as: - spam - suspicious activity - inappropriate content - impersonation - fraud - scam activity - abusive behavior User reports help protect the community from harmful accounts. --- ## Duplicate reports You can report the same target only once. If you already reported a product, deal, or user, submit additional information to support only if needed. Do not submit repeated false reports. --- ## What happens after a report After a report is submitted, KittyLaunch records it for review. You may receive a thank-you notification or email. Admins may review: - the reported product, deal, or user - the report reason - supporting details - product activity - account activity - voting patterns - previous reports - platform risk signals Reports do not always lead to action. Some reports may be rejected if there is not enough evidence or the reported content does not break rules. --- ## Vote moderation KittyLaunch may review suspicious upvotes. Suspicious upvotes may be invalidated. When a vote is invalidated, KittyLaunch may reduce the product's upvote count by the vote's weight. **Invalid votes do not count** toward rankings, leaderboards, or Weekly Awards. KittyLaunch has the right to invalidate suspicious votes to protect leaderboard fairness. --- ## Deal moderation Deals must be real and working. If a deal is reported and found to be invalid, KittyLaunch may remove it. The product owner may receive a warning email. Repeated fake or misleading deals can reduce product trust, reduce visibility, or lead to stronger account action. --- ## Review moderation Reviews should be real and useful. KittyLaunch may remove fake, spammy, abusive, or low-trust reviews. Fake reviews can reduce product trust and may affect product visibility. Do not buy reviews, create fake review accounts, or ask users to copy the same review text. --- ## Account suspension KittyLaunch may suspend accounts to protect the platform. Reasons can include: - spam - fraud - abuse - repeated policy violations - harmful activity - serious report outcomes - suspicious automation If your account is suspended, you may not be able to log in. --- ## Appeals If your product is banned, you may be able to submit an appeal from your dashboard. An appeal asks KittyLaunch to review the decision again. Appeals are most useful when you have fixed the issue or can explain why the decision was incorrect. ### How to write a good appeal A good appeal should be clear and specific. Include: - your product name - what happened - what you changed - why the product should be restored - any useful evidence - a short and respectful explanation Do not send a long angry message. Make it easy for the reviewer to understand the situation. ### What happens after an appeal Admins can approve or reject an appeal. If approved, the product may return to Draft status so you can edit and republish it. If rejected, the product stays banned. Appeal results may be sent through email or in-app notification. --- ## False reports and abuse Reports should be used **honestly**. Do not report competitors just to hurt their visibility. Do not submit false information. Abusing the report system can lead to account action. --- ## What to do if your product is moderated - Review your product page carefully. - Check your website URL. - Remove misleading claims. - Remove fake or expired deals. - Stop suspicious voting or review behavior. - Improve screenshots and descriptions. - Submit an appeal if the dashboard allows it and you believe the decision should be reviewed. --- ## FAQ ### Will every report lead to action? No. Reports are reviewed, but action depends on **evidence** and platform rules. ### Can my product be demoted without being banned? Yes. Demotion reduces visibility without fully removing public access. ### Can suspicious upvotes be removed? Yes. KittyLaunch can invalidate suspicious upvotes and reduce product counts by the vote weight. ### Can a Featured product be moderated? Yes. Featured status does not protect a product from reports, vote review, demotion, or banning. ### Can a verified product be moderated? Yes. Verification is a trust signal, not immunity from rules. ### Can I appeal a demotion? If an appeal option is available or support review is appropriate, you can contact KittyLaunch with details. ### What should I include in an appeal? Explain what happened, what you fixed, and why the product should be restored. Include the product name and any relevant evidence. ### Can fake reports hurt my product? Reports alone do not prove wrongdoing. KittyLaunch reviews context before taking action. ### Ranking, Leaderboards, and Rules URL: https://kittylaunch.com/help/ranking-leaderboards-and-rules Tags: FAQ Published: 2026-04-17 Summary: Learn how KittyLaunch rankings, leaderboards, Weekly Awards, dense ranking, and invalid vote rules keep product launches fair. KittyLaunch uses rankings and leaderboards to help users discover active products and trusted creators. Rankings are based on platform activity, but not every activity is automatically treated as valid forever. KittyLaunch may review suspicious activity and invalidate upvotes when needed to protect the fairness of the platform. This guide explains how product rankings, creator rankings, weekly awards, dense ranking, and vote rules work. --- ## Why rankings exist Rankings help users answer questions like: - Which products are getting attention this week? - Which products are trending this month? - Which creators are active and trusted? - Which products won previous launch weeks? Rankings also help creators understand how their launch is performing. --- ## Product Leaderboard The Product Leaderboard displays launches for a selected period. Available periods may include: - weekly - monthly The product launch date must fall inside the selected period. Normal public leaderboard views use published products that meet the current visibility rules. --- ## Product sorting Products are sorted mainly by their active weighted upvote total. If two products have the same total, recent product activity or creation timing may determine their display order on a live leaderboard. The live leaderboard is separate from the official historical Weekly Award record. --- ## Vote weight Each qualifying upvote stores the voter's weight at the time of voting. Current levels are: - Rookie, Level 1: 0 to 199 RP, vote weight 1 - Explorer, Level 2: 200 to 799 RP, vote weight 2 - Builder, Level 3: 800 to 2,499 RP, vote weight 3 - Maker, Level 4: 2,500 to 4,999 RP, vote weight 4 - Legend, Level 5: 5,000 RP or more, vote weight 5 A product's displayed count reflects vote weight, so it may differ from the number of individual voter accounts. Read [How Upvoting Works](https://kittylaunch.com/help/how-upvoting-works) for the daily limit and validity rules. --- ## Creator Leaderboard The Creator Leaderboard ranks accounts through RP. RP sources include: - published products - received product upvotes - Reviews - received Reviews - Product Comments - received Product Comments - creator followers - product verification - claimed streak rewards - other recorded platform actions Creator periods may include: - all time - monthly - yearly All-time ranking uses the account's total RP. Period views use RP recorded during that period. Read [Reputation Points (RP) Explained](https://kittylaunch.com/help/reputation-points-rp-explained) for action details. --- ## Product Leaderboard and Creator Leaderboard The Product Leaderboard displays products. The Creator Leaderboard displays accounts. A maker may have a high-ranking product with a lower creator rank. A long-term contributor may have a high creator rank without leading the current product week. --- ## Weekly Awards Weekly Awards record the leading launches from each competition week. The competition uses an ISO week: - Monday 00:00 UTC - Sunday 23:59:59 UTC Products compete in the week assigned by their launch date. The award calculation uses qualifying vote weight from that competition period. --- ## Dense ranking Weekly Awards use dense ranking. Example: - 10 weighted votes, rank 1 - 10 weighted votes, rank 1 - 9 weighted votes, rank 2 - 8 weighted votes, rank 3 Tied products share the same rank. More than three products may receive Top 3 status. --- ## Official results and Hall of Fame After a weekly result is published, KittyLaunch stores an official record with: - competition week - winning product - official rank - weekly vote total The Hall of Fame uses this recorded result. Later live product changes do not rewrite the original award record. --- ## Winner Badges Official Top 3 products receive a Winner Badge for their recorded rank. The badge builder may provide: - Pill - Chip - Medal - Ribbon - light theme - dark theme Read [Top 3 Benefits and How to Win](https://kittylaunch.com/help/top-3-benefits-and-how-to-win) for winner benefits. --- ## Invalid votes KittyLaunch may inspect voting activity and mark a vote invalid. An invalid vote: - is removed from the qualifying product total - does not count toward live rankings - does not count toward Weekly Awards The product total may decrease by that vote's stored weight. ### Examples of suspicious voting Examples include: - fake or throwaway accounts - automated voting - paid votes - forced votes - vote rings - repeated activity from the same network - accounts created to support one product - traffic patterns linked to manipulation KittyLaunch may review other signals connected to platform abuse. --- ## Paid plans and Add-ons Skip the line and SuperKitty affect launch scheduling and plan benefits. Spotlight and Highlight provide their listed placements. These purchases do not make votes valid automatically and do not guarantee ranking positions. --- ## FAQ ### Why is the product count higher than the number of voters? The displayed total uses vote weight. ### Do all upvotes count toward rankings? Only valid upvotes count. Suspicious or invalidated upvotes may be removed from product counts and ranking calculations. ### Can KittyLaunch invalidate a vote after it appears? Yes. A vote can appear first and be invalidated later after review. ### Why does KittyLaunch invalidate suspicious votes? To keep rankings fair and protect creators who earn real community support. ### Does Featured make my votes more valid? No. Featured increases visibility, but vote validity is still reviewed under the same rules. ### Does a Verified product automatically win? No. Verification can provide benefits such as trust signals and a system vote, but ranking still depends on valid competition activity. ### Can more than three products win Top 3? Yes. Dense ranking allows ties. If products share rank 1, 2, or 3, more than three products can receive badges. ### Why is my product not visible on the leaderboard? Your product may be outside the selected period, not published, demoted, banned, or not eligible for that leaderboard view. ### Can I appeal a moderation decision? If your product is banned or moderated, you may be able to submit an appeal from your dashboard. ### Why is a product missing from a live leaderboard? Its launch date, publication status, selected period, or current public visibility may not match that view. ### Product Dashboard, Manage, and Analytics URL: https://kittylaunch.com/help/product-dashboard-manage-and-analytics Tags: FAQ Published: 2026-04-17 Summary: Learn how to manage products from the dashboard, update details, review analytics, handle verification, deals, reviews, and launch tools. This gives the maker a quick read on signals such as: - new feature requests this week - open request volume - roadmap items in progress - changelog activity this week - current uptime state - 30 day uptime percentage This helps makers track portal activity without opening each module one by one. --- ## Understanding Analytics Analytics groups product visits and actions by source. ### All All contains the combined product analytics available for the selected period. Spotlight and Highlight activity also contributes to All. Their separate views provide placement-specific detail. ### Direct and internal sources Source names may include: - Direct - Home - Search - Category - Similar Products - Creator Profile - Deals - Reviews - Feedback Portal The exact list depends on traffic received by the product. ### Spotlight Spotlight Analytics covers activity from the Featured homepage placement. It may include impressions, opens, and product visits associated with the placement. ### Highlight Highlight Analytics covers impressions and opens from Today's Highlights and product-page Highlight placements. ### Feedback Portal Feedback Portal Analytics records relevant visits from the public product feedback tools. ### Reading the numbers Analytics events may take a short period to appear. Use consistent date ranges before comparing sources. An impression records a placement view. An open or click records an interaction. These figures describe activity and do not promise votes or conversions. --- ## Winner badges If your product wins a Weekly Award, winner badge information may appear in the dashboard. You may be able to copy an embed code and place the badge on your website. Winner badges are available for products ranked Top 1, Top 2, or Top 3 in a Weekly Award. --- ## Product status overview ### Draft You may edit the product and continue the launch flow. ### Scheduled You may review the launch date and supported launch settings. Restrictions depend on the selected plan and date. ### Published The product is public. You may edit supported content and manage its features. Self-service deletion of a published product is blocked. Contact KittyLaunch support for a removal request. ### Directory The product has been promoted to KittyDir. The Dashboard displays the directory status, message, destination link, and support contact supplied by the directory process. Owner editing, deletion, scheduling, relaunch, Launch Plan changes, and affected Add-on actions are blocked. Read [What Happens When Your Product Is Promoted to KittyDir](https://kittylaunch.com/help/what-happens-when-your-product-is-promoted-to-kittydir). ### Banned Owner changes are blocked. Follow the moderation and appeal instructions shown in the account. --- ## Best practices - Check your dashboard after launch. - Fix unclear product details quickly. - Verify your product as early as possible. - Use deals only when the offer is real. - Invite reviews from real users. - Highlight the best reviews for your website. - Use analytics to improve your page, not only to watch numbers. - Keep your product page current after launch week. --- ## FAQ ### Why do I see fewer controls for one product? Check the launch plan and verification status. Non-verified, Directory, banned, delisted, and published products each have different controls. ### Where do I edit my product? Go to Dashboard > My Product > Product Dashboard and choose the product you want to edit. ### Can I edit a published product? Yes. You can edit many product details after publishing. ### Can I delete a product? Yes, but deletion can remove related activity. Edit the product if you only need to fix something. ### Why can I not create deals? Deals are available for verified products. Verify your product first. ### Why can I not use Testimonial Embed? Testimonial Embed is available for verified products with highlighted reviews. ### Where do I buy or manage visibility? Open Product Dashboard, then Add-ons. ### Why do my analytics look low? Your product may need more impressions, a clearer tagline, better screenshots, better launch promotion, or more time. ### Are analytics instant? Analytics can sometimes take time to update. Refresh later if numbers look delayed. ### Why do Highlight or Spotlight totals also appear under All? All is the combined analytics view. The placement tabs show the corresponding subset. ### Can Featured Analytics differ from normal analytics? Yes. Featured Analytics only measure activity from Featured placement. Normal analytics measure broader product activity. ### How to Use KittyPilot URL: https://kittylaunch.com/help/how-to-use-kittypilot Tags: FAQ Published: 2026-04-17 Summary: Learn how KittyPilot helps verified products create launch emails, social posts, DM templates, and poster images for launch promotion. KittyPilot helps indie makers prepare launch marketing faster. Launching a product takes a lot of preparation. Albert, the founder of KittyLaunch, is also an indie maker. He understands how much work a launch takes. Makers need email drafts, social posts, invite messages, product images, launch reminders, and different visual formats for different platforms. Today, there are many social platforms. Twitter or X, Threads, Instagram, Pinterest, and other communities all work differently. Some need short posts. Some need vertical images. Some need square images. Some need a direct message. For indie makers who are not strong at marketing, this can be painful. That is why KittyLaunch includes KittyPilot for Verified products. ## What KittyPilot does KittyPilot creates launch materials for your product so you can promote your launch with less manual work. It can help you generate: - email drafts - social media posts - invite direct message templates - launch poster images You can use these materials to invite users, ask for support, announce your launch, share your deal, request reviews, and remind your audience during launch week. KittyPilot does not replace your own voice. It gives you a strong starting point so you can edit faster and launch with more confidence. --- ## Who can use KittyPilot KittyPilot is available for verified products. If your product is not verified yet, verify your product first. After your product is verified, go to your product dashboard and open the KittyPilot tab. --- ## Where to find KittyPilot Go to: Dashboard > My Product > Product Dashboard > KittyPilot tab From there, you can generate launch materials for your product. --- ## What you can create with KittyPilot ### Email drafts KittyPilot can create email drafts that you can send to: - existing users - beta testers - early supporters - newsletter subscribers - waitlist members - friends who asked to follow your launch These drafts can help you announce your launch and ask people to support the launch on KittyLaunch. You should always edit the email before sending it. Add your own tone, personal context, and any important details about your offer. ### Social media posts KittyPilot can create social media post text for your launch. You can use these posts on platforms like X, Threads, LinkedIn, Instagram captions, founder communities, and other places where your audience spends time. Good launch posts usually include: - what you built - who it is for - what problem it solves - why you built it - a clear link to your KittyLaunch product page - a simple request for support KittyPilot gives you a base version. You should adjust it for each platform. ### Launch poster images KittyPilot can help create launch poster images in multiple sizes. Current supported poster formats include: - Square, 1080 x 1080 - Instagram portrait, 1080 x 1350 - Pinterest, 1000 x 1500 - Twitter or X, 1920 x 1080 These sizes help you share your launch across different platforms without designing every image from scratch. You can use the images for launch announcements, reminders, product updates, and community posts. ### Invite direct message templates KittyPilot can create direct message templates that help you invite people personally. These are useful when you want to ask for support from: - early users - creator friends - community members - people who gave feedback before launch - people who asked to be notified Use direct messages carefully. A personal message works better than a mass message. Before sending, add a real reason why you are contacting that person. --- ## A simple launch workflow with KittyPilot ### Before launch Use KittyPilot to prepare: - an email for early users - a social post announcing the launch date - a direct message template for personal invites - launch poster images for your main platforms You can also prepare a short list of people who should hear about the launch first. ### On launch day Use KittyPilot materials to: - announce the launch on social media - email your waitlist or users - send personal invites - share your KittyLaunch product page - remind people to upvote if they find the product useful - invite early users to leave honest reviews Do not post the same text everywhere. Adapt each post to the platform. ### During launch week Use KittyPilot to create follow-up messages. You can share: - product milestones - user feedback - a launch deal - a reminder before the competition week ends - a thank you message to supporters This helps your launch stay active beyond the first day. ### After launch Use KittyPilot materials to continue building momentum. You can: - thank users who supported the launch - invite customers to leave reviews - share your Top 3 badge if you win - promote your deal page - add highlighted reviews to your website with Testimonial Embed The launch does not end when the product is published. Your product page, reviews page, deals page, and badges can continue helping your product after launch week. --- ## Tips for better results ### Edit before sending KittyPilot gives you a draft. You should make it sound like you. Add your personal story, specific user problem, and product details. ### Use different messages for different audiences A customer email should not sound the same as a tweet. A direct message to a friend should not sound the same as a public announcement. Use KittyPilot to create the base, then adjust the message for the audience. ### Make one clear ask Do not ask users to do too many things at once. For example, ask them to: - check out the product - upvote if they find it useful - leave an honest review - try a deal Pick the most important action for each message. ### Share the right link Use your KittyLaunch product page when asking for launch support. Use your reviews page when asking for feedback. Use your deals page when promoting a discount. Using the right link makes the action easier for users. ### Keep it honest Do not create fake urgency. Do not exaggerate results. Do not spam people who did not ask to hear from you. Good launch marketing is clear, useful, and respectful. --- ## Use KittyPilot with other verified product features KittyPilot works best when used together with other KittyLaunch features. You can: - use KittyPilot to announce your launch - use Deals to give users a reason to try your product - invite users to leave reviews - highlight the best reviews with Testimonial Embed - use your Verified badge to increase trust - share your Top 3 badge if your product wins These features work together to help you build trust, traffic, and community-driven feedback. --- ## FAQ ### Does KittyPilot post for me automatically? This guide covers the full product launch process, from the first product details to the final launch confirmation. ## Before you start Prepare these items: - product name - website URL - tagline - short description - full description - category and tags - pricing type - logo - screenshots - optional demo video - first comment - thank-you note for upvoters - preferred launch date You may save a draft and return later. Read [Launch Guidelines and Community Standards](https://kittylaunch.com/blog/launch-guidelines) before submitting a product that may need a policy or quality review. ## Open the product form Sign in to KittyLaunch and select the option to submit a product. KittyLaunch may ask you to support products from other makers before opening the form. Follow the instructions shown on that screen, then continue to the product form. The current form has three steps: 1. Core Details 2. Launch Settings 3. Engagement & Deals ## Step 1: Core Details Add the information visitors need to understand your product. ### Product identity Enter: - Product name - Website URL - Tagline - Short description - Full description The website URL identifies the product. Check the domain carefully before publishing. A relaunch does not let you replace this URL. Use the rich-text editor in the full description for headings, lists, links, and other supported formatting. Describe the problem, the intended users, and the main functions in direct language. ### Category, tags, and pricing Choose the closest category and add relevant tags. Select the pricing type that matches the product. Avoid unrelated tags. They make discovery less accurate and may lead to moderation. ### Logo, screenshots, and video Upload a clear logo and screenshots that show the product interface or result. Add a demo video URL if one is available. Review every image before moving to Step 2. ## Step 2: Launch Settings Step 2 contains the Launch Plan, launch date, and badge verification settings. ### Choose a Launch Plan The available plans are: - Free Launch - Skip the line - SuperKitty Free Launch provides a permanent listing, seven days on the homepage, a queue-based launch date, and three dofollow backlinks for a verified product. Skip the line includes automatic verification, date selection, launch capacity bypass, three dofollow backlinks, and eligibility for project distribution consideration. SuperKitty includes the Skip the line launch benefits, seven dofollow backlinks, a free seven-day Spotlight ticket, additional product tools, and distribution consideration. A SuperKitty product that reaches the Top 3 also receives a free Review Article. Paid plan prices are shown in the product form and checkout. Read [Free Launch vs Skip the Line vs SuperKitty](https://kittylaunch.com/help/free-launch-vs-skip-the-line-vs-superkitty) for the full comparison. ### Choose a launch option The screen may offer these choices: - Save as Draft - Launch Now - Next Available Week - Schedule a Date Free Launch follows the weekly launch capacity shown in the calendar. Full weeks are marked as full. Monday is recommended because the weekly competition runs from Monday through Sunday in UTC. Skip the line and SuperKitty allow broader date selection and bypass the normal weekly capacity limit. If the screen limits your launch choices, follow the verification or plan instructions displayed beside the date controls. You may keep the product as a draft while completing those steps. ### Launch Now warning Launch Now publishes the product on the current date. Launching later in the week gives the product fewer days in the current weekly competition. The form shows a warning and may suggest the next Monday. Review the date before confirming. ### Badge verification Free Launch products may use badge verification. Copy the badge code shown by KittyLaunch, add it to the product website, and run the verification check. Skip the line and SuperKitty products receive automatic verification through the paid Launch Plan. Read [Verified Product Benefits and How to Get Verified](https://kittylaunch.com/help/verified-product-benefits-and-how-to-get-verified) for setup and scanner troubleshooting. ## Step 3: Engagement & Deals Add the message that supports the product after publication. ### First comment Use the first comment to explain: - why you created the product - who it serves - what feedback you want - what users should try first The first comment is saved immediately as a Product Comment. It appears for draft, scheduled, and published products wherever the product discussion is available. Editing the first comment updates the linked Product Comment. Removing the text removes that linked comment. ### Thank-you note Add a short message for users who upvote the product. Keep it useful and specific. ### Deal Verified products may create a Deal in Step 3. Add a real promo code or a custom Deal URL. A Deal requires a title, discount label, redemption method, and validity acknowledgement. Read [Why Add Deals to Your Product](https://kittylaunch.com/help/why-add-deals-to-your-product) for the complete form instructions. ## Publish or schedule the product Review all three steps before selecting the final action. The result depends on the launch option: - Draft keeps the product in your Dashboard without a public launch. - Scheduled stores the chosen launch date. - Published makes the product live. After a paid checkout, return to KittyLaunch and allow the confirmation page to finish. Do not close the page while payment is still processing. ## Product statuses in the Dashboard You may see these statuses: - Draft: The product has not launched. - Scheduled: The product has a future launch date. - Published: The product is live. - Delisted: Public product actions are paused while the website or listing is reviewed. - Directory: The product has been promoted to KittyDir and is managed through that directory process. - Banned: The product is blocked because of a serious policy action. Read [Product Dashboard: Manage and Analytics](https://kittylaunch.com/help/product-dashboard-manage-and-analytics) for status-specific controls. ## After launch After publication, use the Product Dashboard to: - review analytics - manage Deals - invite Reviews - reply to Product Comments - manage Add-ons - view the current Launch Plan - access badges - review product followers and notifications Read [KittyLaunch Product Launch Guide](https://kittylaunch.com/blog/kittylaunch-product-launch-guide) for launch-week preparation and promotion ideas. For post-launch user acquisition, read [How To Get Your First 100 Users As An Indie Maker](https://kittylaunch.com/marketing-tips/how-to-get-your-first-100-users-as-an-indie-maker). ## FAQ ### Can I save an unfinished product? Yes. Select Save as Draft and return through the Dashboard. ### Can I change the website URL after publishing? The website URL is tied to the product identity and is restricted after publication. Contact KittyLaunch support if the product moved to a different domain. ### Does a paid Launch Plan guarantee Top 3? Paid Launch Plans do not guarantee Top 3. Rankings use qualifying votes and the current competition rules. ### Does the first comment wait for the launch date? KittyLaunch saves it immediately as a Product Comment. ### Why are some launch options disabled? Read the message beside the launch controls. The product may require verification, an available Free Launch slot, or a paid Launch Plan. ### Where do I manage the product after saving it? Open Dashboard, choose the product, then open its Product Dashboard. ### Why Add Deals to Your Product? URL: https://kittylaunch.com/help/why-add-deals-to-your-product Tags: FAQ Published: 2026-04-17 Summary: Learn what KittyLaunch deals are, how verified products can add offers, and how real promo codes can improve visibility and trust. Deals help you turn product interest into action. On KittyLaunch, a deal is a public offer for your product. It can be a promo code, discount code, limited-time offer, launch discount, early user offer, lifetime deal, or any other real promotion that gives users a clear reason to try your product. Deals are designed for verified products. If your product is not verified yet, verify it first before creating deals. ## Why are deals important? Adding a deal gives your product another way to be discovered, trusted, and clicked. A good deal can help people who are already interested in your product make a faster decision. It also gives you a useful link to share in your launch posts, emails, and communities. --- ## Benefits of adding deals ### Higher product weight and visibility Deals can increase your product weight on KittyLaunch. Product weight helps KittyLaunch understand which products are active, useful, and worth showing to more users. The higher your product weight is, the more visibility your product can receive across the platform. This does not mean a deal alone guarantees ranking. A strong product page, real upvotes, helpful reviews, and an active launch still matter. ### Another indexable do-follow link page When your product has a valid deal, KittyLaunch can create a dedicated deal page for it. This gives your product another page that can be indexed by search engines. When allowed by product page rules, this page can also include a do-follow backlink to your product. Only deal pages with a real promo code or valid offer are eligible for this benefit. Empty deal pages, fake discounts, or unclear offers do not help users and may not be indexed. ### Better search visibility for discount intent People often search for terms like: - product name promo code - product name discount - product name deal - product name coupon A KittyLaunch deal page can help your product appear for this kind of search intent. KittyLaunch deal pages are also structured for search engines. In some cases, this may help Google understand your offer and display discount-related information in search or shopping-related results. *This is not guaranteed.* Google decides how and when to show rich results. ### More reasons for users to try your product A deal can make your launch easier to support. Users may be more willing to try a product when they feel there is a clear launch benefit. This is especially useful if you are launching a paid product, SaaS tool, template, course, plugin, or digital product. ### A stronger launch story A good deal gives you a stronger message when you promote your launch. Instead of only saying, "We launched on KittyLaunch", you can say, "We launched on KittyLaunch with a limited offer for early users." That makes your post more useful and easier for people to act on. --- ## Who can create deals Deals are available for verified products. If your product is not verified, go to your product dashboard and complete badge verification first. Read [Verified Product Benefits and How to Get Verified](https://kittylaunch.com/help/verified-product-benefits-and-how-to-get-verified) for both verification methods. --- ## How to create a deal Go to: Dashboard > My Product > Product Dashboard > Deals tab Then follow these steps: 1. Click the button to create or add a deal. 2. Add a clear deal title. 3. Write a short description that explains what users get. 4. Add the discount label, such as 20% off, 3 months free, or lifetime deal. 5. Add the promo code or discount code if your deal uses one. 6. Add the custom deal URL where users can redeem the offer. (optional) 7. Add an end date if the offer is limited-time. 8. Save the deal. 9. Open the deal page and test the code yourself. The current form requires: - Title - Discount Label - Promo Code or Custom Deal URL - validity acknowledgement Description is optional. An end date is optional. Turn on the end-date control if the offer expires. If you use a custom deal URL, it should match the official domain of your product. This helps users trust the offer and helps KittyLaunch keep deal pages clean and safe. --- ## What to include in a good deal A strong deal should be easy to understand in a few seconds. Use a title like: - 30% off for KittyLaunch users - 2 months free for early users - Lifetime deal for launch week - Free setup for the first 50 users Use the description to explain: - what the offer includes - who can use it - when it expires - how to redeem it - any limits that users should know Avoid vague titles like "Special offer" or "Great discount". Clear deals perform better because users know what they are clicking. --- ## Rules for deals Your deal must be **real and working**. Users have the right to report a deal if the promo code does not work, the discount is misleading, or the offer is different from what was promised. If KittyLaunch finds that a promo code or discount code does not work, we may delete the deal and send you a warning email. Maliciously adding fake deals can lower your product weight. When product weight becomes too low, your product visibility on KittyLaunch may be reduced. In serious cases, KittyLaunch may ban the product or block the account. --- ## Best practices - Keep your deal simple. - Make the value obvious. - Use a real promo code when possible. - Test the code before publishing. - Update or remove expired deals. - Mention the deal in your launch posts. - Share the deal page with people who are already interested in your product. - Do not create fake urgency. A real offer is better than a dramatic offer that users cannot trust. --- ## FAQ ### Do I need to verify my product before adding deals? Yes. Deals are a verified product feature. ### Can I add a deal without a promo code? You can add a real offer even if it does not use a traditional promo code, but promo codes are strongly recommended when the offer is a discount. A clear promo code also makes the deal easier for users to understand and easier for search engines to classify. ### Will my deal page always be indexed by Google? No. KittyLaunch can make valid deal pages eligible for indexing, but Google decides whether to index and show a page. ### Will my deal appear in Google Shopping or Merchant results? *Not guaranteed.* KittyLaunch structures deal pages in a way that may help search engines understand the offer. Google still decides if the offer appears in shopping-related or discount-related search results. ### Can users report my deal? Yes. Users can report deals that are broken, misleading, fake, expired, or unsafe. ### What happens if my deal is reported? KittyLaunch may review the deal. If the deal is not valid, we may remove it and send you a warning. Repeated abuse can reduce product weight, lower visibility, or lead to account action. ### Can I create multiple deals? Yes, if each deal is real, useful, and not misleading. Do not create many similar deals just to fill the page. One clear offer is better than many weak offers. ### Should I delete expired deals? Yes. Remove or update expired deals so users do not waste time trying codes that no longer work. ### Creator Profiles and Following Creators URL: https://kittylaunch.com/help/creator-profiles-following-and-bookmarks Tags: FAQ Published: 2026-04-16 Summary: Learn what creator profiles show, how following creators works, when follower RP changes, and how creator notifications work. Creator profiles help users understand who is behind a product. Following creators helps users stay close to the builders they trust. Together, these features help KittyLaunch feel more like a builder community, not only a product listing site. This article focuses on the creator side of following. For product follows and product update notifications, read [Following Products and Product Notifications](https://kittylaunch.com/help/following-products-and-product-notifications). ## What is a creator profile? A creator profile is your public identity on KittyLaunch. It can show who you are, what you build, what products you have launched, and how users can learn more about your work. Profiles help users decide whether they trust a creator and want to follow future launches. --- ## What your public profile can show Your profile can include: - display name - username - avatar - bio - website - social links - skills - launched products - active deals - winner badges - followers and following - reputation level Not every profile has every section. The profile depends on what information the creator adds and what activity exists. --- ## Profile stats Profiles can show stats such as: - products launched - upvotes earned - upvotes contributed - active deals - followers - following - reputation level These stats help users understand your activity on the platform. --- ## Editing your profile You can update profile fields such as: - display name - avatar - bio - website URL - X URL - GitHub URL - LinkedIn URL - Threads URL - skills Keep your profile short, clear, and current. A good creator profile makes your launches more trustworthy. --- ## Bio best practices Use your bio to explain: - what you build - who you help - what you are interested in - what users can expect from your products Avoid long sales copy. A simple, specific bio is better than a vague one. --- ## Products on your profile Your profile can show products you launched. This helps users discover your other work. If a product is banned, deleted, or hidden, it may not appear publicly. --- ## Deals on your profile If your products have active deals, they may appear on your profile. This helps users find current offers from a creator they trust. Keep deals accurate and remove expired offers. --- ## Winner badges on your profile If your product wins a Weekly Award, the badge can help strengthen your creator profile. Winner badges show launch history and community recognition. --- ## Following creators Following helps you keep track of creators you care about. To follow a creator: 1. Open the creator profile. 2. Click Follow. Click again to unfollow. --- ## How following creators works Following a creator is different from following a product. When you follow a creator: - you are following the person - the relationship appears in follower and following counts - creator follower RP can change - you may receive notifications when that creator launches a new product -- ## Launch notifications from followed creators When you follow a creator, you may receive notifications when they launch a new product. This helps you stay updated without manually checking every creator profile. --- ## Best practices - Use a real display name or consistent creator identity. - Add a clear avatar. - Write a short bio. - Add only social links you actively use. - Keep portfolio items relevant. - Follow creators whose work you actually want to track. - Use bookmarks to save products you may revisit, review, or compare. --- ## FAQ ### Is my profile public? Yes, most profile information is public. Do not add information you do not want others to see. ### Is my email public? No. Sensitive account information is not shown on your public profile. ### Can I change my profile later? Yes. You can update your profile information from your account or dashboard settings. ### Why is my social link rejected? Some social fields require a valid URL from the matching platform. ### Do followers give RP? Yes. Gaining a new follower can give +2 RP. ### Can follower RP be removed? Yes. If someone unfollows you, the follower RP can be removed. ### Why is a profile hidden from leaderboards? Admins can hide users from some public surfaces for moderation or safety reasons. ### Where do I learn about product follows? Read [Following Products and Product Notifications](https://kittylaunch.com/help/following-products-and-product-notifications). ### Reputation Points (RP) and Level Tiers URL: https://kittylaunch.com/help/reputation-points-rp-explained Tags: FAQ Published: 2026-04-15 Summary: Learn how Reputation Points work, what actions earn RP, how level tiers affect vote weight, and when RP can be reversed. Reputation Points, also called RP, measure your contribution and trust on KittyLaunch. RP is earned when you participate in useful ways, such as launching products, receiving upvotes, writing reviews, receiving reviews, gaining followers, verifying products, and keeping Daily Streaks. Your RP also determines your level. Higher levels can give your upvotes more vote weight. ## What are Reputation Points? Reputation Points are KittyLaunch's way to recognize meaningful activity. They help show that a user is active, trusted, and contributing to the community. RP can affect: - your creator level - your vote weight - your Creator Leaderboard rank - your public reputation on KittyLaunch - how other users understand your history on the platform --- ## Ways to earn RP RP comes from supported actions recorded by KittyLaunch. The amount and limits depend on the action. Examples include: - completing the daily upvote streak - receiving an eligible creator follower - publishing a product - verifying a product - writing a Review - receiving an eligible Review - writing a Product Comment - receiving an eligible Product Comment - other platform rewards shown in the RP history Check the RP history in your account for the recorded reason and amount. Some RP rewards are given once per action or once per relationship. For example, review RP is limited so users cannot repeatedly farm RP from the same product and same reviewer. ### Product goes live RP When your product is published, you may receive launch RP. This rewards creators who bring new products to the platform. Draft products do not count as live launches. A product normally needs to become published before launch RP is awarded. ### RP from receiving upvotes When another user upvotes your product, you can earn RP. Self-upvotes do not provide the same creator benefit. If a vote is later invalidated, removed, or tied to abuse, related trust signals may change. ### RP from verification Verified products can award +5 RP to the product owner. This RP is connected to the product's verified status. If verification is revoked, the related RP can also be removed. Verification can be revoked if the KittyLaunch badge is removed, blocked, or no longer detectable on the product website. --- ### RP from Product Comment A top-level Product Comment may award: - 2 RP to the commenter, once per user and product - 2 RP to the product owner, once for each commenter on that product The product owner receives no comment RP for commenting on their own product. The owner also receives no separate commenter reward for a self-comment. Replies and likes do not use the same top-level comment reward. ### RP from writing reviews When you write a review for another user's product, you can earn +2 RP. This reward is limited to once per user per product. Reviewing your own product does not award review RP. ### RP from receiving reviews When your product receives a review from another user, you can earn +2 RP. This reward is limited to one RP event per reviewer per product. If the review is deleted or judged to be fake, the related RP can be removed. ### RP from followers When another user follows you, you can receive +2 RP. If that user later unfollows you, the follower RP can be removed. This keeps follower RP connected to real follower relationships. ### RP from Daily Streak Daily Streak rewards are based on your streak length. - 1 to 6 days, 5 RP per day - 7 to 29 days, 10 RP per day - 30 to 99 days, 15 RP per day - 100 to 364 days, 20 RP per day - 365 days or more, 25 RP per day You must complete 3 new upvotes in a UTC day and manually claim the streak reward. Read [Streak System Explained](https://kittylaunch.com/help/streak-system-explained) for reset and claim rules. ### RP can be reversed Some RP is connected to actions that can later be removed. Examples: - If a Verified Badge is removed, Verified product RP can be removed. - If a review is deleted, related review RP can be removed. - If someone unfollows you, follower RP can be removed. - If abusive activity is found, related platform benefits may be adjusted. This makes RP more reliable because it stays connected to real activity. --- ## Level tiers Your level is based on your total RP. KittyLaunch uses these level tiers: - Level 1, Newcomer, 0 RP needed, vote weight 1 - Level 2, Explorer, 200 RP needed, vote weight 2 - Level 3, Builder, 800 RP needed, vote weight 3 - Level 4, Maker, 2500 RP needed, vote weight 4 - Level 5, Legend, 5000 RP needed, vote weight 5 When your RP reaches a new threshold, your level can increase. --- ## What vote weight means Vote weight controls how much your upvote adds to a product. For example: - A Level 1 user adds 1 vote weight. - A Level 3 user adds 3 vote weight. - A Level 5 user adds 5 vote weight. This means higher-level users can have more impact on product rankings. --- ## Why higher-level users have stronger vote weight KittyLaunch rewards users who contribute over time. Users with higher RP have usually launched, reviewed, voted, earned trust, and participated more consistently. Vote weight gives trusted community members more influence while still keeping daily vote limits in place. --- ## Where to see your RP and level Go to: Dashboard > Reputation There you can see: - current RP - current level - next level requirement - vote weight - Daily Streak status - RP activity log --- ## Creator Leaderboard and RP The Creator Leaderboard ranks users by Reputation Points. All-time ranking uses total RP. Period rankings use RP earned during that period. RP is not only about one launch. It measures broader contribution across KittyLaunch. --- ## Best practices to earn RP naturally - Keep your daily Streak going. Over time, Streak bonuses add up significantly. - Publish products that attract real upvotes and verify your product when possible. - Support other creators with thoughtful upvotes. - Write useful reviews for products you have tried. - Invite real users to review your products. - Build a trustworthy creator profile. --- ## FAQ ### Is RP the same as upvotes? No. Upvotes belong to products. RP belongs to users. A product can receive upvotes. A creator earns RP through activity across the platform. ### Does more RP always mean better ranking? Not directly. RP affects your level and vote weight. Product rankings are based on product performance, especially valid upvote weight during the relevant period. ### Can RP be removed? Yes. RP can be removed when the action that created it is removed or reversed. ### Can I earn RP by reviewing my own product? No. Self-reviews do not award review RP. ### Can I earn RP from the same review multiple times? No. Review RP is limited to reduce review farming. ### What is the fastest healthy way to earn RP? Launch useful products, verify them, collect real reviews, support other products daily, and keep your Daily Streak active. ### Can KittyLaunch adjust RP manually? KittyLaunch may adjust RP when needed for moderation, abuse handling, system correction, or platform safety. ### Streak System Explained URL: https://kittylaunch.com/help/streak-system-explained Tags: FAQ Published: 2026-04-15 Summary: Learn how Daily Streak works, how to claim streak rewards, and why 3 valid daily upvotes help you earn Reputation Points. ## What Is a Streak? A Streak on KittyLaunch is a consecutive-day counter that rewards you for staying active in the community. Each day you complete your daily activity, your Streak count increases by one. The longer your Streak, the more RP you earn each day. --- ## How to Earn a Streak Day A Streak day is counted when you use all 3 of your daily upvotes within a single calendar day (UTC time). To keep a streak active, you need to: 1. Upvote 3 new products in one UTC day. 2. Go to your Reputation Dashboard. 3. Claim the streak reward. *The reward is not automatic.* You must claim it after completing the upvotes. Your Streak count and the RP reward are shown on your Dashboard. --- ## Daily RP Bonus Based on Streak Length The longer you keep your Streak going, the more RP you earn each day it is completed. | Streak Length | Daily RP Reward | |---|---| | Day 1 - Day 6 | +5 RP per day | | Day 7 - Day 29 | +10 RP per day | | Day 30 - Day 99 | +15 RP per day | | Day 100 - Day 364 | +20 RP per day | | Day 365 and beyond | +25 RP per day | For example, if your Streak has been going for 45 days, you earn +15 RP every time you complete your 3 daily upvotes. That adds up to over 450 RP per month from Streaks alone. Read [Reputation Points and Level Tiers](https://kittylaunch.com/help/reputation-points-rp-explained) for other RP sources and level thresholds. --- ## Current streak and highest streak Your current streak is the streak you are actively maintaining. Your highest streak is your best streak record so far. If you miss a day, your current streak can reset. Your highest streak remains as your record. --- ## What breaks a streak A streak can break if you do not claim a streak day after completing the required daily activity. For example: 1. You claimed your streak yesterday. 2. Today you do not complete 3 upvotes. 3. Tomorrow your next claim starts again from 1. If your streak was broken, you can start a new one by completing 3 upvotes and claiming again. --- ## Timezone note Daily Streak uses UTC dates. Your local day may not match the KittyLaunch system day exactly. For example, your local midnight may happen before or after the UTC day resets. If you are close to midnight in your timezone, check your Reputation Dashboard to see your current progress. --- ## How to Keep Your Streak Going - Make upvoting part of your daily routine. It only takes a minute to vote on 3 products. - Remember that the daily cycle resets at midnight UTC. If you are in a later timezone, your "day" might feel shorter near the reset time. - You do not need to vote for products you do not genuinely like. There are always enough new products and submissions on KittyLaunch to find 3 worth supporting each day. --- ## Best practices - Use your 3 daily upvotes carefully. - Read the product page before voting. - Support products you actually find interesting or useful. - Leave reviews when you have real experience with a product. - Use Daily Streak as a habit for discovering other makers, not only as a reward system. --- ## FAQ ### Is the streak reward automatic? No. You must claim the reward after completing 3 new upvotes. ### Where do I claim my streak? Go to Dashboard > Reputation and click Claim Streak. ### Can I claim more than once per day? No. You can claim one streak reward per UTC day. ### Why did my streak not update after 3 upvotes? You may still need to claim the streak reward. Open your Reputation Dashboard and check if the streak is ready to claim. ### Why did my streak reset? Your streak can reset if you missed a day or did not claim the streak after completing the required activity. ### Do old upvotes count for today? No. Only new upvotes made during the current UTC day count toward today's streak progress. ### Featured Products Explained URL: https://kittylaunch.com/help/featured-product-explained Tags: FAQ Published: 2026-04-15 Summary: Learn how Featured placement works, how to schedule tickets, what Featured Analytics show, and what Featured does not guarantee. Featured placement gives your product extra visibility on KittyLaunch. When a product is Featured, it can appear in the Featured Products area and show a Featured label while the placement is active. Featured is useful when your product page is complete, your website is ready, and you are actively promoting your launch. --- ## What does Featured mean? A Featured product is given prominent placement at the top of the KittyLaunch homepage, above all regular product listings. Featured products are also visually distinguished with an orange star icon, making them immediately recognisable. This can help more users see your product, open your page, visit your website, and decide whether to upvote. Featured status is temporary and tied to a specific time window that you activate from your Dashboard. Featured is a visibility tool. *It is not a ranking guarantee.* --- ## Benefits of Featured placement The homepage is the highest-traffic area of KittyLaunch. A Featured placement puts your product in front of every visitor who lands on the platform during your Featured window, giving your product maximum visibility for upvotes, website clicks, and community engagement. Featured placement can help you: - Gain more homepage visibility - Stand out with a Featured label - Drive more users to your product page - Support an active launch campaign - Access detailed data from Featured Analytics - Increase opportunities for real upvotes and reviews - Boost your conversion rates Featured works best when your product page is already strong. --- ## Plans and durations KittyLaunch offers Featured ticket plans with defined time windows, such as weekly and monthly placements. The exact pricing can change over time, so always check the current **Get Featured** page for the latest plan details. The important thing in the help docs is the structure: - you buy a ticket - you activate that ticket - you assign it to a product - you choose the start date --- ## How to Get Featured You may purchase Spotlight from the account Dashboard or a Product Dashboard. From a Product Dashboard: 1. Open Dashboard. 2. Select the product. 3. Open Add-ons. 4. Select Spotlight. 5. Choose 7 days or 30 days. 6. Select the purchase button. 7. Complete checkout. 8. Return to KittyLaunch and allow payment confirmation to finish. The ticket appears under Available tickets. Read [Add-ons Overview](https://kittylaunch.com/help/add-ons-overview) to compare Spotlight with Highlight and Review Article. ### Step 1: Visit the Pricing Page Go to the Get Featured page on KittyLaunch. You will see two options: | Plan | Duration | Description | | --- | --- | --- | | Weekly Feature | 7 days | Featured placement for one full week | | Monthly Feature | 30 days | Featured placement for one full month | Choose the plan that fits your launch goals. ### Step 2: Complete the Checkout You will be directed to the checkout page powered by DodoPayments, a secure payment processor. Complete the payment using your preferred method. After a successful payment, DodoPayments will send a Payment Receipt email from noreply@dodopayments.com to your email address. This email contains your License Key. Keep it safe. ### Step 3: Activate Your Ticket in the Dashboard 1. Log in to KittyLaunch and go to your Dashboard. 2. Select the “Get Featured” tab. 3. Enter the License Key from your noreply@dodopayments.com receipt email and click Activate. 4. A Featured Ticket will appear in your Dashboard. ### Step 4: Choose Your Start Date Once your ticket is activated, click “Use Ticket” to schedule your Featured window. You can choose any future date as your start date. Your product will automatically become Featured at the start of that day, and remain Featured for the full duration of your plan. --- ## Ticket statuses A ticket has one of these states: - Available - Scheduled - Used ### Available The ticket is ready to apply. It has no scheduled product or date. Available tickets do not expire. ### Scheduled The ticket has been assigned to a product and start date. The Dashboard shows its start and end dates. ### Used The placement period has finished. The ticket cannot be scheduled again. --- ## Product status rules Featured Tickets follow product status rules: - Draft products cannot use a ticket. - Scheduled products can use a ticket only on or after the launch date. - Published products can use a ticket immediately or later. If your product is still a draft, publish it or schedule it before using Featured. --- ## Choosing a good Featured date Choose a start date that matches your launch plan. If your product is scheduled to launch in the future, the Featured start date should be on or after the launch date. If you want Featured placement to support your weekly launch competition, choose a start date during the same week as your launch. If you want to maximize exposure across a full week, launching and featuring early in the UTC week can give your product more time to collect attention. --- ## Editing a scheduled ticket Only Scheduled tickets can be edited. Before the ticket activates, you may be able to change: - the selected product - the start date Once the ticket becomes Used, it cannot be edited as a normal scheduled ticket. --- ## Managing an active placement The Product Dashboard displays the Featured end date while the placement is active. Check: - product name and logo - tagline - screenshots - website availability - Deal status Product content remains subject to KittyLaunch policies during a paid placement. Read [Product Dashboard: Manage and Analytics](https://kittylaunch.com/help/product-dashboard-manage-and-analytics) for the combined analytics view and other product controls. --- ## Where to see Featured status Open your product dashboard. You can see whether the product is currently Featured and when the placement ends. If your product is Featured, you may also see Featured Analytics. --- ## Featured Analytics Featured Analytics show activity connected to Featured placement. KittyLaunch can track: - Featured impressions - Featured opens - Featured clicks - Featured upvotes These metrics are separate from normal product analytics. --- ## Featured does not override ranking rules - Featured placement does not make suspicious votes valid. - Featured placement does not protect a product from moderation. - Featured placement does not bypass weekly competition rules. If a product receives suspicious activity, KittyLaunch may still review the activity, invalidate votes, demote the product, or take other action. --- ## What Featured does not do Featured does not guarantee: - a specific number of upvotes - a Weekly Award - a Top 3 rank - a Product Leaderboard position - reviews - conversions - sales Users still decide whether your product is useful. Featured can increase visibility, but your product quality, positioning, offer, visuals, reviews, and external promotion still matter. --- ## FAQ ### I completed payment but cannot find my Ticket. What should I do? Check your inbox for an email from noreply@dodopayments.com. This is the Payment Receipt email that contains your License Key. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. Once you have the License Key, go to the Dashboard, select the Get Featured tab, and enter the key to activate your ticket. ### Can the same product be Featured more than once? Yes. You can purchase and activate multiple Featured Tickets for the same product. Each ticket adds a new Featured window. There is no limit on how many times a product can be Featured. ### Can I pause or delay a Featured window that has already started? No. Once your Featured window has started, it cannot be paused, extended, or delayed. The countdown runs continuously from the moment it begins. ### Can I transfer a Featured Ticket to someone else? No. Featured Tickets are tied to the account that activated them and cannot be transferred to another user or product owner. ### Does Featured guarantee Top 3? No. Featured increases visibility, but Top 3 depends on valid competition votes and ranking rules. ### Does Featured give automatic upvotes? No. Users still choose whether to upvote. ### Can I use Featured on a draft product? No. Draft products cannot use Featured Tickets. ### Can I schedule Featured before my product launch date? For scheduled products, the Featured start date must be on or after the product launch date. ### Can I edit a ticket after scheduling it? You can edit Scheduled tickets before they activate. Used tickets cannot be edited in the same way. ### What happens if payment is still processing? Wait a moment and refresh the checkout success page. You may also check your email for the license key. ### Can a Featured product still be moderated? Yes. Featured status does not protect a product from moderation or vote review. ### Does buying Spotlight publish my product? Product publication and Spotlight scheduling use separate controls. ### Do Spotlight tickets expire? An Available ticket stays in the account. ### Does Spotlight guarantee Top 3? Spotlight does not guarantee Top 3. Top 3 uses qualifying votes and weekly ranking rules. ### Is Spotlight a subscription? Each Spotlight ticket is a one-time purchase for the selected duration. ### Verified Product Benefits and How to Get Verified URL: https://kittylaunch.com/help/verified-product-benefits-and-how-to-get-verified Tags: FAQ Published: 2026-04-15 Summary: Learn why verifying your product matters, what benefits it unlocks, and how to complete badge verification before or after launch. Verified Product status is one of the most important trust signals on KittyLaunch. It shows that your KittyLaunch product page is connected to the product’s real website. It also gives your product access to stronger visibility features, creator tools, and trust-building systems. This guide explains the benefits of verification, what features become available, how to verify your product, and what to do if verification fails. ## Why verification matters By default, your product can be listed on KittyLaunch, but it is not actively optimized for deeper search engine discovery in the same way as a Verified product. Verification tells KittyLaunch that the product website and KittyLaunch page belong together. This helps us treat the page as more trustworthy and gives us a stronger reason to support the product with additional platform features. A verified product receives: - a Verified status on KittyLaunch - 3 dofollow backlinks with Free Launch - access to Deals - access to KittyPilot - access to Testimonial Embed - one developer upvote as a welcome gift - 5 Reputation Points for the product owner Skip the line and SuperKitty include automatic verification. Their backlink and plan benefits follow the selected Launch Plan. Read [Free Launch vs Skip the Line vs SuperKitty](https://kittylaunch.com/help/free-launch-vs-skip-the-line-vs-superkitty) for plan-specific verification and backlink details. For instructions for two verified features, read [Why Add Deals to Your Product](https://kittylaunch.com/help/why-add-deals-to-your-product) and [Why Invite Users to Review Your Product](https://kittylaunch.com/help/why-invite-users-to-review-your-product). --- ## Benefit 1: Higher product weight and visibility Verified products receive stronger product weight inside KittyLaunch. Product weight is a trust and visibility signal. The stronger your product weight, the better your product can perform across KittyLaunch discovery systems over time. Verification is one of the clearest ways to show that your product is real, active, and connected to its official website. --- ## Benefit 2: Verified checkmark Verified products receive a visible checkmark. This helps users feel more confident when they visit your product page. A checkmark does not mean KittyLaunch guarantees the product, but it does show that the creator has completed website verification. --- ## Benefit 3: 5 Reputation Points for the maker When your product becomes Verified, the maker can receive 5 Reputation Points. Reputation Points help your creator level, vote weight, and Creator Leaderboard position. --- ## Benefit 4: A do-follow backlink when allowed Verified products can receive a do-follow backlink from KittyLaunch when allowed by product page rules. This can help your product build a stronger web presence over time. --- ## Benefit 5: A developer’s Upvote as a gift When verification succeeds, KittyLaunch can add a developer’s Upvote to your product as a gift. This is a system verification vote and helps your product start with an extra trust signal. --- ## Verified-only feature 1: Deals Verified products can create deals on KittyLaunch. Deals let you add promo codes, discounts, or special offers for your product. KittyLaunch deals pages are built with search engine structure in mind. If your product has real deals, your deals page may have a better chance of being discovered by users searching for discounts, promo codes, and offers. In some cases, properly structured deal data may help Google understand discount information and display discount-related search features. This is not guaranteed because Google decides what appears in search results. Another benefit is that a real deals page can give your product an additional indexable page and another do-follow link opportunity. Read the Deals guide to learn more about adding deals to your product. --- ## Verified-only feature 2: Testimonial Embed Verified products can turn KittyLaunch reviews into website testimonials. You can highlight selected reviews and embed them on your own website as social proof, similar to a wall of love. This is useful because your best reviews should not only live on KittyLaunch. You can also show them on your landing page, pricing page, footer, or customer proof section. Many standalone testimonial tools charge a monthly fee. KittyLaunch includes the testimonial embed feature for Verified products because we want makers to build a fanbase and collect community-driven product feedback without adding another subscription. --- ## Verified-only feature 3: KittyPilot Launching a product takes a lot of preparation. KittyPilot helps generate: - Email drafts - Social media posts - Invite DM templates - Launch posters in multiple image sizes Current poster sizes include formats suitable for TwitterX, Threads, Instagram, and Pinterest. --- ## How to become Verified There are 3 main ways to verify a product. ### Method 1: Verify while creating a product When you create a product, KittyLaunch prompts you to complete verification during the launch setup. After you finish Core Details, you move to Launch Settings. In the Verification section: 1. Copy the badge embed code. 2. Paste it anywhere on your website. We recommend the footer. 3. Publish your website change. 4. Return to KittyLaunch. 5. Click Verify Badge to confirm placement. If the badge is detected, your product can launch as Verified. ### Method 2: Verify after the product already exists If your product is already created, you can verify it from your dashboard. 1. Go to your Dashboard at https://kittylaunch.com/dashboard. 2. Find your product. 3. Open the Product Dashboard. 4. Use the left side navigation and open the Badge tab. 5. Find the Badge Verification section. 6. Copy the badge embed code. 7. Paste it anywhere on your website. We recommend the footer. 8. Publish your website change. 9. Return to KittyLaunch. 10. Click Verify Badge to confirm placement. ### Where to place the badge The footer is usually the best place. You can also place the badge in: - A product page - A trust section - A launch announcement page - A press or awards section The important part is that KittyLaunch must be able to find the badge in the HTML of your website. ### Method 3: Automatic verification from a Launch Plan Skip the line and SuperKitty activate verified status after the payment confirmation succeeds. No website badge scan is required for this verification path. You may still install a public badge if you want to display your KittyLaunch status on the website. --- ## Troubleshooting verification If the badge is not detected, check: - The badge is on the correct website - The product website URL in KittyLaunch is correct - The page is public - The badge link does not use nofollow - Your website changes have been deployed - Your site does not block the KittyLaunch scanner If your website is a JavaScript-rendered app, place the badge in a server-rendered or static section such as the footer. The scanner reads raw HTML and does not run your JavaScript. --- ## Manual review Request a manual review from the verification area if: - the badge is visible on the official website - the scanner still reports that it is missing Include the public page URL that contains the badge. Manual reviews are normally handled within 48 hours. --- ## Verification can be revoked Verified status depends on the badge staying on your website. KittyLaunch may scan Verified products daily. If the badge is removed, the product can lose Verified status. The system vote and Verified product Reputation Points may also be removed. --- ## Delisted products and verification A product may be delisted after repeated badge failures or a website availability problem. Follow the instructions in the Dashboard: 1. Confirm that the website works. 2. Restore the badge if badge verification applies. 3. Run the verification check or request review. 4. Follow the restore instructions shown for the product. Read [Troubleshooting Common Issues](https://kittylaunch.com/help/troubleshooting-common-issues) for badge detection and Delisted status checks. --- ### SuperKitty & Skip the line auto verification SuperKitty & Skip the line can auto verify the product as part of the upgrade. That means: - you do not need the normal manual badge step for activation - the product is treated as verified immediately - the product also unlocks SuperKitty only systems, such as waitlist and the Feedback Portal If you need the full SuperKitty system, read [SuperKitty Guide](https://kittylaunch.com/help/superkitty-guide). --- ## FAQ ### Is verification required to launch? No. You can launch without verification. However, Verified products receive stronger trust signals and access to more features. ### Does verification guarantee Google rankings? No. Verification improves trust and allows KittyLaunch to support the product more deeply, but search engines decide their own rankings. ### Can I verify before launch? Yes. You can verify during product creation before the product goes live. ### Can I verify after launch? Yes. Go to Dashboard, open the Product Dashboard, then open the Badge tab. ### Can I remove the badge after verification? You should not remove it if you want to keep Verified status. If the badge is removed, verification can be revoked and the product may be delisted. ### Why does nofollow fail verification? The Verified Badge is meant to confirm a real connection between your website and KittyLaunch. The badge link must use the provided code and must not block the link with nofollow. ### May I change the badge style later? Yes. Generate another supported style and replace the code on the website. ### What happens after a manual review request? KittyLaunch checks the submitted website and badge placement. The result appears through the relevant product or account notification flow. ### Does every Verified product get Deals, Testimonial Embed, and KittyPilot? Yes. These features are designed for Verified products. ### About Us URL: https://kittylaunch.com/blog/about-us Tags: Company Published: 2026-04-15 KittyLaunch is a product launch platform built for indie makers, startup founders, and creative builders who want to share what they have made with the world. ## Our Mission We believe every product deserves a fair shot at discovery. When you upvote a product, you are telling the community that you find the product interesting, useful, or worth checking out. Upvotes affect product counts, leaderboards, weekly awards, creator RP, Daily Streak progress, and Featured Analytics when the vote comes from Featured placement. ## What is an upvote? An upvote is a public support action for a product. It helps the product gain visibility and can help other users discover it. A good upvote should represent real interest. You do not need to be a paying customer, but you should only upvote products you genuinely want to support. --- ## Who can upvote You must be logged in to upvote a product. Each user can upvote the same product only once. If you already upvoted a product, clicking the upvote action again will not create a new vote for daily progress. --- ## Daily upvote limit Every KittyLaunch user can cast a maximum of 3 upvotes per day. This limit resets at midnight UTC. The daily limit exists to keep the leaderboard fair and to ensure that product rankings reflect **genuine community interest** rather than a single user repeatedly boosting one product. --- ## Vote weight explained Your vote weight depends on your Reputation Points and level. Higher-level users can have stronger vote weight. KittyLaunch uses these level and vote weight tiers: | Voter's Level | Upvote Weight | |---|---| | Level 1 (0 - 199 RP) | 1 point | | Level 2 (200 - 799 RP) | 2 points | | Level 3 (800 - 2,499 RP) | 3 points | | Level 4 (2,500 - 4,999 RP) | 4 points | | Level 5 (5,000+ RP) | 5 points | This means that a single upvote from an experienced Level 5 community member contributes 5 points to a product's ranking, the same as 5 individual votes from Level 1 users. --- ## Why vote weight exists Vote weight rewards trusted long-term contributors. Users who have earned more RP have usually participated more on KittyLaunch. They may have launched products, reviewed products, gained followers, verified products, or kept Daily Streaks. Higher vote weight gives active community members more influence while keeping the daily vote limit small. --- ## What happens after an upvote After a new vote: - the product's weighted count updates - the product owner may receive RP - the voter's daily progress updates - the maker's thank-you note may appear - KittyLaunch opens the product website in a new tab The website opens so the voter may review the actual product after supporting it. --- ## Daily Streak progress Three new upvotes in one UTC day make the Streak reward available to claim. The third vote does not add the Streak RP automatically. After completing three votes: 1. Open Dashboard. 2. Open Reputation. 3. Find the claimable Streak reward. 4. Select Claim Streak. Read [Streak System Explained](https://kittylaunch.com/help/streak-system-explained) for reward levels. --- ## Important upvote behavior ### Why Upvoting Opens the Product's Website When you upvote a product, KittyLaunch automatically opens that product's website in a new tab. This is an intentional design choice. An upvote on KittyLaunch is meant to represent genuine interest, not a passive click. By opening the website alongside the upvote, the platform ensures that creators receive actual traffic and potential users alongside their ranking boost, creating real value beyond just a number going up. ### Can You Upvote Your Own Product? Yes. You are allowed to upvote your own product on KittyLaunch. Your vote counts toward your product's ranking just like any other user's vote. ### What Happens When You Use All 3 Daily Upvotes? Using all 3 of your daily upvotes is what counts toward your daily Streak. Once you cast your 3rd upvote for the day, your Streak day is completed and you receive your daily Streak RP bonus. See the Streak System article for full details. --- ## Why an upvote may not count An upvote may not count if: - you are not logged in - you already upvoted the product - you reached the daily limit - the product is not eligible - the vote is later marked invalid - the product is moderated - there is a temporary technical issue If the issue seems technical, refresh the page and check your account status. --- ## Suspicious or invalid upvotes KittyLaunch may review upvotes for suspicious activity. Suspicious upvotes may be invalidated. When a vote is invalidated, the product's count can be reduced by the vote's weight. **Invalid votes do not help** rankings, leaderboards, or Weekly Awards. --- ## Voting rules Do: - support products you genuinely want to support - open and review the product - share the KittyLaunch product page - ask real users for honest support Do not: - create fake accounts - buy votes - sell votes - use automated voting - force users to vote - organize a vote ring - hide the purpose of a voting request --- ## Best practices for asking for upvotes - Ask real users and supporters. - Share your KittyLaunch product page. - Explain what you built and who it is for. - Ask people to upvote only if they find it useful. - Invite feedback and reviews after users try the product. - Keep the request honest and simple. --- ## FAQ ### Do I need to log in to upvote? Yes. You must be logged in. ### How many products can I upvote per day? You can cast up to 3 new upvotes per UTC day. ### Can I upvote the same product more than once? No. Each user can upvote the same product only once. ### Why does my vote have more than 1 weight? Your vote weight depends on your RP and level. Higher-level users can have stronger vote weight. ### Does upvoting help my Daily Streak? Yes. After 3 new upvotes in a UTC day, your streak becomes claimable. ### Why did a product's upvote count go down? Votes may be invalidated, removed, or recalculated. If suspicious votes are removed, the product count can decrease. ### Can a Featured vote be invalidated? Yes. Featured placement does not protect suspicious votes. ### Can I ask friends to upvote my product? Yes, if they are real users and they choose to support the product honestly. Do not ask for fake, forced, paid, or coordinated votes. ### KittyLaunch Product Launch Guide URL: https://kittylaunch.com/blog/kittylaunch-product-launch-guide Tags: KittyLaunch Published: 2026-04-15 Launching on KittyLaunch is a great way to get exposure, collect feedback, and attract your first users. This guide will help you prepare for launch week, make the most of your launch day, and keep the momentum going after your launch is live. ## Before Launch Week ### Build interest early Before your product goes live, make sure you have a clear landing page that explains what your product does and why people should care. Your landing page should be simple, convincing, and focused on conversions. It is also a good idea to create a waitlist and start collecting emails before launch. When your product goes live, you can email these people and drive immediate traffic to your launch. #### Checklist - Create a landing page that clearly explains your product - Add a waitlist form to collect emails - Share your waitlist on social media - Add your waitlist link to your email signature - Reach out to communities where your target users are active - Make a list of TwitterX communities that may be relevant - Make a list of subreddits that may be relevant - Make a list of Telegram groups that may be relevant - Prepare a support list of friends, teammates, and contacts who can help share your launch - Write a simple DM template that you can send during launch week ### Prepare your launch materials in advance Do not wait until launch day to create your content. Preparing everything early will make your launch much smoother. You should get these materials ready before launch week: - Social media images for platforms like X and LinkedIn - A launch announcement post - A short demo video or GIF that shows your product in action - An email draft for your users or subscribers - A product video uploaded to YouTube, then added to your KittyLaunch page **KittyPilot** can help you prepare these materials. It currently supports **generating social media images, captions, and email drafts**. KittyPilot is free to use. ### Choose the right launch day KittyLaunch runs on a weekly launch cycle. The leaderboard refreshes every Monday based on UTC time. Although you can choose a launch date on any day of the week, we strongly recommend launching on Monday whenever possible. A Monday launch gives your product the most time to stay visible during that week's ranking period. It also gives more users time to discover your product and support it. For example, if you launch on Wednesday, your product will only have a few days of visibility before the weekly board resets on the next Monday. **When should you not launch on Monday?** There are cases where launching on a day other than Monday may be the better choice. If you are launching on multiple platforms and want them to go live at the same time, it can make sense to match your KittyLaunch date with the other platform. For example, if you plan to launch on Product Hunt on Wednesday, you may also want to launch on KittyLaunch on Wednesday. This approach can be helpful because: - You only need to prepare one set of launch materials - You only need to promote your launch once - Your audience will not receive multiple launch requests in the same week This can create a smoother experience for both you and your users. ### Add a "Launching Soon" badge You can add a "Launching Soon on KittyLaunch" badge to your website before launch. This helps build anticipation and lets visitors know that your product will be launching soon. You can get the badge from your product page. ### Create a special deal for KittyLaunch users Offering a special deal can help your product stand out and improve conversions. A deal can help you: - Get more clicks to your product page - Show a "Deal" badge next to your product in the rankings - Convert visitors into paying customers To create a deal, go to: Dashboard > My Product > Product Dashboard > Deals tab ## During Launch Week ### Promote your launch across channels Once your product is live, share it everywhere that makes sense for your audience. You can promote your launch on: - X - LinkedIn - Reddit - Telegram groups - Facebook groups - Discord communities - Slack communities - Your email list If you post on X, you can tag `@KLaunchHQ` and we will repost your launch. Make sure your posts match the platform and follow each community's rules, especially on Reddit and group based communities. KittyPilot can also help you create social media posts for launch week. ### Share with your personal network Your personal network can give your launch an important early push. Reach out directly to: - Friends - Family - Teammates - Colleagues - Supporters who already know your work Direct messages usually work better than broad public posts when you are asking for support. You can also ask your team to share the launch with their own networks. KittyPilot can help you generate DM templates for this. ### Stay active during launch A good launch is not only about posting your link. It is also about being present. During launch week, try to: - Reply quickly to comments and questions - Thank people who support your launch - Share updates throughout the week - Keep the conversation active on social media - Support other makers who are launching too Being active helps build trust and can lead to more engagement for your product. ## After Launch Week ### Review your results After launch week, take time to look at what happened. Pay attention to: - Where your traffic came from - Which posts or channels performed best - What kind of messaging got the most engagement - What worked well - What you would improve next time These insights will help you make better launch and marketing decisions in the future. ### Keep the momentum going Your launch does not end after the first week. KittyLaunch uses rolling leaderboards, which means ongoing support still matters. You can continue getting votes and attention after launch week. To keep momentum going: - Continue sharing updates about your product - Stay connected with your community - Encourage happy users to support your product - Keep improving your product and sharing progress ### Show reviews on your website You can also use reviews from KittyLaunch as social proof. To do this, go to: Dashboard > My Product > Product Dashboard > Review tab Select your best reviews and embed them on your site to build trust and increase conversions. This is a simple way to build trust and show real feedback from users. ## Final tips A successful launch usually comes down to three things: - Prepare early - Promote consistently - Stay active and responsive You do not need a perfect launch to get good results. A clear message, a good product page, and steady promotion can go a long way. We are excited to see what you launch on KittyLaunch. ### Launch Guidelines & Community Standards URL: https://kittylaunch.com/blog/launch-guidelines Tags: KittyLaunch Published: 2026-04-15 Summary: Understand how we evaluate product submissions. See what gets featured, what gets reduced visibility, and what is not allowed on the platform. We built this platform to showcase products that are genuinely useful, well-crafted, and worth discovering. To keep the experience valuable for everyone, every product goes through a quality review. This guide will help you understand: - What gets Handpicked - What gets less visibility - What is not allowed --- ## 🌟 What Gets Handpicked Handpicked products represent the best of what our platform has to offer. These are the products we proudly highlight. Handpicked products are usually: - A real, working product (not just a landing page) - Clear and practical value for users - Easy to understand within seconds - Thoughtfully built, even if still early - Solving something specific and meaningful - Well presented, with clear structure and flow - Strong positioning (easy to understand what it does and why it matters) - Trust signals (demo, screenshots, transparency, or real usage) - A clear sense of originality (not just another clone or wrapper) They do not have to be massive. They do not need thousands of users. They do not need to be fully mature. But they do need to feel strong. 👉 If your product feels above average compared to typical submissions, it has a good chance to be Handpicked. --- ## 👍 Accepted Products We are a launch platform, not a finished product directory. Early-stage products are welcome. Small projects are welcome. Indie builds are welcome. We accept a wide range of product types, including: - Software and SaaS - Mobile and web apps - Hardware projects - AI tools - Templates - Boilerplates and developer tools - Early-stage and experimental products A product does not need to be perfect to be accepted. If it is real, useful, and honestly presented, it fits here. Accepted products are typically: - Functional or credibly launchable - Clear enough to understand - Legitimate and not misleading - Providing some level of value 👉 If your product works and solves something, even in a simple way, it belongs on the platform. --- ## ⚠️ What Gets Reduced Visibility Some products are allowed on the platform but may receive less exposure. This usually happens when the product feels weak, unclear, or slightly risky. Common situations include: - It looks like a generic clone or thin wrapper - The product is extremely minimal or lacks depth - The value is unclear or poorly communicated - The experience feels rushed or low effort - The positioning is overly hype-driven without showing substance - Trust signals are missing or very weak - The product raises some risk concerns, even if not enough for removal 👉 These products are still accessible, but may not be widely promoted. --- ## ❌ What Is Not Allowed We do not allow products that harm user trust, platform integrity, or safety. This includes: ### 🚫 Misleading or Scam Products - “Make money fast” schemes - Unrealistic promises - Fake or non-functional tools - Deceptive claims ### 🚫 Abuse & Manipulation Tools - Fake follower generators - Engagement bots - Spam tools - Systems designed to exploit other platforms ### 🚫 Gambling & Adult Content - Betting platforms - Casinos - Pornographic or NSFW products - Explicit or sexual AI tools ### 🚫 Copyright & Brand Violations - Cloned products - Pirated tools - Unauthorized use of other brands 👉 These will be removed and may result in account restrictions. --- ## 🧠 How We Evaluate Products We do not optimize for hype. We look for substance. When reviewing a product, we usually focus on: - **Real functionality** : Does it actually work? - **Clarity** : Is it easy to understand what it does? - **Value** : Does it solve a real problem? - **Trust** : Does it feel legitimate and transparent? If something feels unclear, we tend to be conservative. --- # 💡 Tips for a Better Launch Want a better chance of being featured? There is no perfect formula, but a few things consistently make a difference: Focus on: - Showing the actual product (not just marketing) - Clear and honest descriptions - Use clear and direct language - Demonstrating real use cases - Making your value obvious within seconds - Avoid trying to sound bigger than it is --- # 🤝 Thank you for choosing our platform We’re building a space where great products get the attention they deserve. This is a space for builders. Not just polished companies, but people actually making things. If your product is real, useful, and built with intention, it already fits here. Focus on clarity. Focus on honesty. The rest tends to follow. Take the time to present your product well, and it will show 🚀 ### Privacy Policy URL: https://kittylaunch.com/blog/privacy-policy Tags: Company Published: 2026-04-15 *Last updated: April 2026* Your privacy is important to us.
