5. Upvotes and Leaderboards
- Manipulation of upvote counts through automated tools, bots, or coordinated inauthentic behavior is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to adjust or remove votes that we determine to be fraudulent.
6. Featured and Verified Status
- Featured placements are purchased for a fixed duration and are non-refundable once activated.
- Verified status is granted based on badge verification and may be revoked if the badge is removed from your website.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and code not belonging to users is the intellectual property of KittyLaunch. You may not reproduce or distribute it without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers
KittyLaunch is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation of the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KittyLaunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
