About The Essentialist Tools

A private dashboard for people who earn in more than one currency. Net worth across twelve chains, gross-to-net income math, subscription overlap detection.

The Essentialist is a private dashboard for people whose financial life does not fit a single-currency, single-bank app.

Investment holdings sync in real time across twelve EVM chains, so on-chain positions sit next to everything else rather than in a separate tab. Income entries carry automatic gross-to-net tax math. Subscription tracking uses AI to flag services that overlap. Debt payoff can be simulated before you commit to a plan, and shared spaces let you run a household or a project with someone else, with realtime chat attached.

Around the money sit the things that shape it: habit streaks, calendar events for loans and renewals, goals, a personal CRM, and a zero-knowledge encrypted vault for notes and passwords. Entries are unlimited across every module.

There is no bank aggregator and no card linking. You record what you record, which is why it works the same in any country.

Data is encrypted at rest, never sold, and never used to train outside models. It installs as an app on iOS, Android, macOS and Windows, with a Telegram bot for quick capture.

A 14-day trial runs without a card. Afterwards the workspace becomes read-only and your data is preserved. Pay by card or stablecoin.

1. Built for multi-currency earners from the start, not retrofitted with a currency setting.

2. On-chain and off-chain in one net worth figure, across twelve EVM chains with live prices.

3. No bank aggregator and no card linking, so it works identically in any country.

4. Encrypted at rest, never sold, never used to train outside models.

Hey everyone ๐Ÿ‘‹ I built The Essentialist because I kept losing to a boring problem: I earn in one currency, spend in another, and hold part of my savings on-chain. Every personal finance app I tried assumed I was American with one bank and one currency. I ended up back in a spreadsheet every single time. So this is that spreadsheet, rebuilt properly. Net worth across twelve chains with live prices. Income logged with gross-to-net tax math instead of guesswork. Subscriptions checked for overlap
