TimedSubs is a subtitle workflow for creators, editors, and localization teams working with owned audio, video, approved scripts, and existing subtitle files. It brings subtitle creation, script timing, and translation into a browser workflow, with review before download.

Start from the material you already have. With audio or video, create source subtitles and then continue into translation. If a voiceover already has an approved script, upload that script with the matching audio. TimedSubs keeps the wording and aligns the subtitle lines to the voiceover. This is useful when the words have already been reviewed and the remaining task is to prepare timed subtitle files.

For an existing SRT, VTT, or ASS file, translate the subtitle text while retaining the timestamps. TimedSubs supports 109 target languages, helping teams prepare versions of the same material for different audiences without manually rebuilding the timing for each language. The original subtitle file remains the starting point for the translation workflow.

Review the result before delivery. Check subtitle timing and upload problems, then download subtitle files according to your plan. A creator preparing a narrated video can start with a script and audio; an editor with a completed source subtitle file can start directly with translation.
