Vaultine is a secure file encryption application built for people who need their most sensitive files to stay truly private. It creates a private encrypted vault on your device where files, photos, documents, and entire folders are secured with AES-256-GCM encryption. All encryption happens locally. Nothing is uploaded, and no server round trip is ever involved. Your files remain unreadable without your vault pattern or PIN.

How It Works

The flow is intentionally simple. When you add a file, it is encrypted the moment it enters your vault. Your pattern or PIN is the only key that unlocks it. When you lock the vault again, access closes instantly and the file was already encrypted at rest the whole time. Viewing a file never writes a decrypted copy to disk, which means there is no hidden plaintext version left behind for anyone to find.

Built on Real Cryptography
