X-VEXTA

X-VEXTA is a personal AI workspace built for one thing: keeping your working life in a single account instead of five disconnected apps.

What is inside:

- Tasks with deadlines and status tracking
- Notes with folders and search
- Documents, spreadsheets and a file drive
- Projects that tie tasks, files and notes together
- News feeds with saved articles
- An AI assistant that reads your own data

The assistant is the part people ask about most, so here is the honest answer about how it behaves. It runs in propose-and-confirm mode: it can read your tasks, notes and documents to suggest changes, but nothing is written until you approve each proposal individually. Before an approved action executes, the server re-checks that the target still matches what the assistant saw when it made the proposal, so a stale suggestion cannot silently overwrite newer data. You can also ask it questions about your own workspace instead of typing searches.

What it is not, so expectations are clear:

- It does not act autonomously in the background
- There is no per-module permission granularity yet; confirmation is per action, not per app
- A "Vibe Coding" section appears in the menu but is not functional yet, it says coming soon

Registration is open and free. Paid Plus and Max plans add higher assistant usage and storage limits. Payments go through Lava.top.

Built by one developer. The stack is Next.js frontends, a FastAPI backend, PostgreSQL with row-level security for tenant isolation, and a background worker for feed ingestion.
