The Product Dashboard is where creators manage products after creation.
You can use it to edit product details, check launch status, manage verification, create deals, review feedback, highlight testimonials, use KittyPilot, view analytics, and monitor product performance.
Where to find your Product Dashboard
Go to:
Dashboard > My Product > Product Dashboard
From there, choose the product you want to manage.
The exact tabs available may depend on the product status and whether the product is verified.
What you can manage
From the Product Dashboard, you may be able to manage:
- product details
- launch status
- schedule date
- logo and screenshots
- category and tags
- website URL
- pricing type
- verification badge
- deals
- reviews
- highlighted testimonials
- Testimonial Embed
- KittyPilot launch materials
- launch posters
- analytics
- Featured status
- winner badges
Current Launch Plan
The Launch Plan section shows:
- Free Launch
- Skip the line
- SuperKitty
The current plan is marked on the product.
A Free Launch product may upgrade to Skip the line or SuperKitty. A Skip the line product may upgrade to SuperKitty. Lower plans are not offered after a higher plan has been applied.
Paid Launch Plans apply to one product. Review Free Launch vs Skip the Line vs SuperKitty before upgrading.
Editing your product
You can edit fields such as:
- name
- tagline
- short description
- full description
- logo
- screenshots
- category
- tags
- pricing
- launch status
- schedule date
After editing, open the public page or preview to make sure the page still looks correct.
Note, you cannot edit the website URL.
When to edit instead of delete
If the product page has a mistake, edit the product.
Editing is usually better when you need to:
- fix the title
- update screenshots
- improve the description
- change tags
- update pricing
- replace the website URL
- improve launch messaging
Deletion is meant to be final.
Deleting a product
Deleting a product can remove the product and related activity.
This can include:
- deals
- votes
- reviews
- bookmarks
- uploaded local images
- verification status
If the product was verified, KittyLaunch removes the verification vote and reverses the Verified product RP when relevant.
Before deleting, consider whether editing the product is enough.
Please note, you cannot delete products that have already been Published.
Managing verification
The Badge or Verification tab helps you verify product ownership.
If your product is not verified, you can:
- Copy the badge embed code.
- Paste it on your product website.
- Publish your website changes.
- Click Verify Badge.
Verified products can receive trust benefits and unlock verified-only features such as Deals, Testimonial Embed, and KittyPilot.
Verification depends on the badge staying valid. If the badge is removed or cannot be detected, verification can be revoked.
If the product has SuperKitty, verification can already be handled by the upgrade instead of the manual badge flow.

Managing deals
Verified products can create deals from the Deals tab.
Go to:
Dashboard > My Product > Product Dashboard > Deals tab
From there, you can create, edit, or delete deals.
A deal can include:
- title
- description
- discount label
- promo code
- deal URL
- end date
- active status
Deals should be real, working, and clear. Users can report broken or misleading deals.
Deals require a verified product. Each Deal needs a title, discount label, and one redemption method.

The Reviews tab helps you track user feedback.
From this area, you can:
- see reviews
- reply to reviews if replies are available
- copy your review invite link
- highlight useful reviews
- manage testimonials
- access Testimonial Embed if your product is verified
Review invite link
Your review invite link sends users to your product reviews page and focuses the review form.
Use it when asking real users, beta testers, or customers to leave feedback.
Ask for honest reviews, not only positive reviews.
Read Why Invite Users to Review Your Product for the full workflow.
Highlighted testimonials
If your product is verified, you can highlight selected reviews.
Highlighted reviews can appear in your Testimonial Embed.
Use this to show real social proof on your website.
Choose specific, useful reviews instead of generic praise.

To use it:
- Make sure your product is verified.
- Open the Reviews tab.
- Highlight the reviews you want to show.
- Open the Testimonial Embed section.

Product Comments and Reviews use separate data and separate RP actions.

Managing Add-ons
Open Add-ons to manage:
- Spotlight
- Highlight
- Review Article
Spotlight
Spotlight uses a one-time ticket. Tickets are available for seven-day and 30-day placements.
The Dashboard shows:
- Available tickets
- Scheduled tickets
- Used tickets
- active Featured dates
Tickets do not expire. Purchase a ticket, then apply it to a product and select the eligible start date.
Highlight
Highlight is a monthly subscription for one product. The Dashboard shows:
- Active
- cancellation scheduled
- next billing date
- Resume
- failed or inactive state
Read Highlight Guide before subscribing or cancelling.
Review Article
Review Article is a one-time editorial service for one product. The order view may show:
- In progress
- Being written
- Published
- Cancelled
A completed order includes the article link. Read Review Article Guide for delivery details.
Waitlist management
Waitlist is now part of the product dashboard for pre-launch products.
In practice, this means:
- pre-launch products can show waitlist related data
- SuperKitty products can manage actual waitlist members and export opted in emails
- non SuperKitty products can see the locked waitlist state and upgrade path
The dashboard also exposes the shareable waitlist page for SuperKitty products.
Read Waitlist Guide for waitlist behavior and SuperKitty Guide for the upgrade side.
Relaunch management
If the product has already launched and is eligible, the dashboard is where relaunch is managed.
The relaunch area can show:
- relaunch eligibility
- relaunch history
- the relaunch editor
- launch date options
- current relaunch count
Relaunch is not just another edit form. It creates a fresh active launch and resets the current upvote count while preserving important long term product assets.
Read Relaunch Guide to learn more.
Feedback Portal management
For SuperKitty products, the dashboard also becomes the entry point for the Feedback Portal.
From here, you can reach:
- roadmap
- changelog
- feature request
- status and uptime
A product dashboard is now not only a launch manager, but also an ongoing product communication hub.
Read Feedback Portal Guide to learn more.
Portal Health
SuperKitty products can also show a Portal Health summary inside the dashboard.
This gives the maker a quick read on signals such as:
- new feature requests this week
- open request volume
- roadmap items in progress
- changelog activity this week
- current uptime state
- 30 day uptime percentage
This helps makers track portal activity without opening each module one by one.
Understanding Analytics
Analytics groups product visits and actions by source.
All
All contains the combined product analytics available for the selected period.
Spotlight and Highlight activity also contributes to All. Their separate views provide placement-specific detail.
Direct and internal sources
Source names may include:
- Direct
- Home
- Search
- Category
- Similar Products
- Creator Profile
- Deals
- Reviews
- Feedback Portal
The exact list depends on traffic received by the product.
Spotlight
Spotlight Analytics covers activity from the Featured homepage placement. It may include impressions, opens, and product visits associated with the placement.
Highlight
Highlight Analytics covers impressions and opens from Today's Highlights and product-page Highlight placements.
Feedback Portal
Feedback Portal Analytics records relevant visits from the public product feedback tools.
Reading the numbers
Analytics events may take a short period to appear. Use consistent date ranges before comparing sources.
An impression records a placement view. An open or click records an interaction. These figures describe activity and do not promise votes or conversions.
Winner badges
If your product wins a Weekly Award, winner badge information may appear in the dashboard.
You may be able to copy an embed code and place the badge on your website.
Winner badges are available for products ranked Top 1, Top 2, or Top 3 in a Weekly Award.

FAQ
Why do I see fewer controls for one product?
Check the launch plan and verification status. Non-verified, Directory, banned, delisted, and published products each have different controls.
Where do I edit my product?
Go to Dashboard > My Product > Product Dashboard and choose the product you want to edit.
Can I edit a published product?
Yes. You can edit many product details after publishing.
Can I delete a product?
Yes, but deletion can remove related activity. Edit the product if you only need to fix something.
Why can I not create deals?
Deals are available for verified products. Verify your product first.
Why can I not use Testimonial Embed?
Testimonial Embed is available for verified products with highlighted reviews.
Where do I buy or manage visibility?
Open Product Dashboard, then Add-ons.
Why do my analytics look low?
Your product may need more impressions, a clearer tagline, better screenshots, better launch promotion, or more time.
Are analytics instant?
Analytics can sometimes take time to update. Refresh later if numbers look delayed.
Why do Highlight or Spotlight totals also appear under All?
All is the combined analytics view. The placement tabs show the corresponding subset.
Can Featured Analytics differ from normal analytics?
Yes. Featured Analytics only measure activity from Featured placement. Normal analytics measure broader product activity.
