Caprock
Run Claude Code, Codex and other coding agents from one local app
About Caprock
Open-source desktop app to run and watch Claude Code, Codex and other coding agents: cost per repo, plan limits, phone and Telegram.
Caprock is a free, open-source (Apache-2.0) desktop app for people who run AI coding agents all day. It starts and watches Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Gemini CLI and Grok side by side, each in a real terminal, and shows what every session is doing, what it costs and what it changed. It runs on macOS, Windows and Linux, and everything stays on your machine: a local daemon, loopback only, no account and no telemetry.
What you get
One workspace for every agent. Projects in a sidebar, each agent in its own tab, split panes, a command palette, and New agent that can start in a fresh copy of any branch, pulled from the remote first.
Cost per repository and plan limits. Spend per project, per model and per session at list price, Claude's 5-hour and weekly windows, and how much of the bill is the agent re-reading its own context.
Sessions you started elsewhere count too. Claude Code sessions in your own terminal are picked up through hooks and transcripts, so the numbers cover all of your work.
Your phone, without a cloud. Scan a QR code and open the app on your phone over your own Wi-Fi or Tailscale to read sessions, approve or deny a question, and start new work. No account, no relay.
Telegram through your own bot. A message when a session waits for approval or finishes, with buttons to mute it or open it on your phone. With Premium, reply in Telegram and Caprock types it into the session.
Several subscriptions. Sign in to Claude Code or Codex with more than one account and choose per session which one it runs on.
Everything Claude wrote, searchable. The prose your agents wrote, across every session. Review what each one changed, then stage and commit from the app.
Pricing
Free for solo use, with no time limit. Premium adds things like pausing agents before a plan limit, a daily cost cap, Telegram replies and more than three subscriptions per agent: $30 a year or $100 once, unlocked by an offline licence key.
Who it is for
Developers who keep several agents busy at once and want to see, in one place, which one needs them, what it is doing and what it cost, without sending their code or prompts to anyone.
