About Lemongraph

Almost every conversation at work ends with a promise. Lemongraph keeps track of them for you and lines up your day the way you would. You just get to do the work.

Why we built Lemongraph

I have been rethinking personal task management for a long time.

As a leader, my work lives mostly in conversations with my team, my manager and people outside the company. Each one ends with a promise or action items and keeping them is most of how people experience working with me.

My answer was a personal to-do list, but staying consistent became a job of its own. That effort felt like the price of being good at work.

But most of my work is already written down in emails, meeting notes, tickets, CRM and Slack. So what if, after every conversation, the action items simply appeared on my list? What if something kept track of the promises I made and the ones made to me, watched the signals around me and every morning helped me decide what matters today?

That is why personal task management needs to be reimagined. Not the smartest agent, the one that books your flights. Something smaller and more personal, a way to show up as the better version of yourself more often.

If you have tried to automate your own to-do list and given up, I would love to hear what made you stop.

The work behind work

Our professional success depends on the quality of interactions we have with other people and long-term connections they build. Trust and clarity are two ingredients that make those interactions valuable. While none of these are especially complicated, staying consistent is itself a large part of the work.

AI is the first technology that can help us carry that consistency into everyday work. By learning how we work, communicate and what good looks like, it can bring out the better version of us more often, across small interactions that shape how people experience working with us.

Lemongraph is built for that. The more it learns, the more of this work it can take on the way you would, keeping track of promises and agreements and bringing in the right context without being asked. Behind it is a runtime that stays with the work for as long as it takes, while completion is checked deterministically against what actually happened, so agent never grades its own work. That precision is designed to make it effortless to keep a higher standard in how we connect with others.

How it works

We noticed something about our own workdays. Almost every conversation ends with a promise. Keeping up with all of them slowly becomes a job of its own.

What if personal task management took on that job? Picking up action items, watching signals and prioritizing the way you would.

So we built Lemongraph to take that job off your plate. It picks up what you promised in meetings and email and lines it up in Up next. By the time you sit down your day is already sorted the way you'd sort it yourself.

It also pays attention to how you work with the people around you. Every day it reflects a little and gets a little better at being you.

We don't work alone. Our assistants shouldn't either. Lemongraph pays attention to how we work with our colleagues, managers and people outside of the organization, across Gmail, Linear, Attio and more. Then it reflects on it and gets a little better at being us every day.

Some work you do over and over. The kind you'd happily hand to someone if you had someone. When Lemongraph spots one of those chores it shows up with a Hire button. Say yes once and next time it just asks for your OK.

You won't find a chat box anywhere. You don't have to prompt it or explain yourself. It just learns your context and brings up what matters right when it matters.

And it will never surprise you. Every action waits for your yes until you decide it doesn't have to.

We hope it gives you back a bit of your day.

FAQ

What is Lemongraph?

More than a task management app. Lemongraph picks up tasks from your connected sources, meetings and email conversations and lines them up in Up next. For repetitive tasks it can automate, you'll be asked whether to hand them over.

How is it different from an AI assistant?

Muse, Dots, Duet, Instinct and Grok want to do a little of everything. Lemongraph won't order your pizza or plan your vacation. It's built for one kind of day: the one where your work runs through other people.

How do I chat with the agent?

You don't. There is no chat. We believe intelligent technology should learn your lifestyle, not have you prompt your way through it. It should quietly understand your context, surface what matters in the moment and help you prioritize your day.

What counts as a chore?

A chore is repetitive work, the kind you could hand to someone if you had someone. When Lemongraph spots one, it shows up with a Hire button. Hire it once, and next time it only asks for your OK.

Will it take any action without asking me?

No. Lemongraph is built from the ground up on zero trust, with you in control. It asks before every action. When you're ready, you hand it permission in small slices, one chore or one contact at a time.

Which apps can I connect?

Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Tasks, Cal.com, Calendly, Granola, Wispr Flow, Notion, Linear, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com and Attio.

Is my data private?

Yes. Our AI partners can't train on your data, and we will never sell it. Want it gone? Delete your account in Settings and everything is erased for good. The full detail is on our security page.
