Patrice
Your wealth, finally clear — without connecting a single bank account.
About Patrice
Track your savings, investments and property in one clear view. No bank connection, French tax rules built in, and a free demo with no sign-up.
Patrice is a wealth tracker for people who want to understand their money — not micro-manage every coffee.
Most people past their thirties end up with four or five products they never see together: a savings account here, a retirement plan there, a flat bought years ago, a bit of crypto, maybe a rental. The spreadsheet that used to hold it all is now out of date, and nobody wants to open it. Patrice replaces it.
What it does
Everything in one view. Savings accounts, PEA, PER, assurance-vie, securities accounts, SCPI, crypto, property, personal assets and debts — brought together and organised around French tax logic. Stock and ETF prices refresh automatically. Multi-currency (EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, JPY, AUD).
What your property is actually worth. We estimate current value from official sales records — DVF in France, the Land Registry in the UK, plus the official registers of Italy, Portugal and Spain. Elsewhere in Europe, values are indexed to the national house price index. Your 2015 purchase, seen in 2026, and the gap worked out for you.
A health check, in one number. The Patrice.index scores your wealth out of 100, and a radar breaks it down across six readable axes: debt, liquidity, concentration, diversification, protection, return. No jargon to decode.
A projection you can believe. Monte Carlo simulation runs 500 trajectories over 25 years and gives you a P10–P90 range instead of one flattering number. Loans amortise automatically.
Landlord bookkeeping. Buildings, units, leases, rent ticked off month by month, service charges, gross and net yield, cash flow — and a Form 2044 filing helper that walks your year line by line and exports as a PDF.
A second read on your allocation. The AI analysis summarises your wealth in strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks, and suggests an indicative target allocation for your risk profile. For information only — Patrice is not a financial adviser.
Built for two. Shared accounts with roles (admin, editor, viewer) are free, and one Premium subscription covers both people in a household.
No bank connection — on purpose
Patrice never asks for your banking credentials and connects to no banking API. You enter your assets; they stay in your space, hosted in Europe. Updating once a month is enough — that's the same rhythm you'd keep with an adviser, and it's what keeps the data private, stable and yours.
Free vs Premium
Tracking is free, and stays free: unlimited assets, the dashboard and KPIs, alerts, shared accounts, the property estimate, expenses, CSV export, a simple 3-scenario projection. Premium is €49/year and unlocks Monte Carlo simulation, the AI analyses, unlimited goals, full history and point-in-time reports, advanced rental analysis and full JSON export. For comparison, a wealth manager's review typically starts at €1,000.
Available in six languages (FR, EN, ES, DE, IT, PT).
Patrice is an information and wealth-organisation tool. Its analyses are based solely on the data you enter and do not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Before any decision, consult a qualified professional.
