Featured placement gives your product extra visibility on KittyLaunch.
When a product is Featured, it can appear in the Featured Products area and show a Featured label while the placement is active.
Featured is useful when your product page is complete, your website is ready, and you are actively promoting your launch.
What does Featured mean?
A Featured product is given prominent placement at the top of the KittyLaunch homepage, above all regular product listings. Featured products are also visually distinguished with an orange star icon, making them immediately recognisable.
This can help more users see your product, open your page, visit your website, and decide whether to upvote.
Featured status is temporary and tied to a specific time window that you activate from your Dashboard.
Featured is a visibility tool. It is not a ranking guarantee.

The homepage is the highest-traffic area of KittyLaunch. A Featured placement puts your product in front of every visitor who lands on the platform during your Featured window, giving your product maximum visibility for upvotes, website clicks, and community engagement.

KittyLaunch offers Featured ticket plans with defined time windows, such as weekly and monthly placements.
The exact pricing can change over time, so always check the current Get Featured page for the latest plan details.
The important thing in the help docs is the structure:
- you buy a ticket
- you activate that ticket
- you assign it to a product
- you choose the start date
How to Get Featured
Step 1: Visit the Pricing Page
Go to the Get Featured page on KittyLaunch. You will see two options:

Step 2: Complete the Checkout
You will be directed to the checkout page powered by Creem.io, a secure payment processor. Complete the payment using your preferred method.
After a successful payment, Creem.io will send a Payment Receipt email from noreply@creem.io to your email address. This email contains your License Key. Keep it safe.
Step 3: Activate Your Ticket in the Dashboard
- Log in to KittyLaunch and go to your Dashboard.
- Select the “Get Featured” tab.
- Enter the License Key from your Creem.io receipt email and click Activate.
- A Featured Ticket will appear in your Dashboard.
Step 4: Choose Your Start Date
Once your ticket is activated, click “Use Ticket” to schedule your Featured window. You can choose any future date as your start date. Your product will automatically become Featured at the start of that day, and remain Featured for the full duration of your plan.
Ticket statuses
A ticket can have these statuses:
- Available, ready to use
- Scheduled, assigned to a product and future start date
- Used, already activated
An Available ticket can be used for a product.
A Scheduled ticket can be edited before it activates.
A Used ticket cannot be reused.
Product status rules
Featured Tickets follow product status rules:
- Draft products cannot use a ticket.
- Scheduled products can use a ticket only on or after the launch date.
- Published products can use a ticket immediately or later.
If your product is still a draft, publish it or schedule it before using Featured.
Choosing a good Featured date
Choose a start date that matches your launch plan.
If your product is scheduled to launch in the future, the Featured start date should be on or after the launch date.
If you want Featured placement to support your weekly launch competition, choose a start date during the same week as your launch.
If you want to maximize exposure across a full week, launching and featuring early in the UTC week can give your product more time to collect attention.
Editing a scheduled ticket
Only Scheduled tickets can be edited.
Before the ticket activates, you may be able to change:
- the selected product
- the start date
Once the ticket becomes Used, it cannot be edited as a normal scheduled ticket.
Where to see Featured status
Open your product dashboard.
You can see whether the product is currently Featured and when the placement ends.
If your product is Featured, you may also see Featured Analytics.
Featured Analytics
Featured Analytics show activity connected to Featured placement.
KittyLaunch can track:
- Featured impressions
- Featured opens
- Featured clicks
- Featured upvotes
These metrics are separate from normal product analytics.
Featured does not override ranking rules
- Featured placement does not make suspicious votes valid.
- Featured placement does not protect a product from moderation.
- Featured placement does not bypass weekly competition rules.
If a product receives suspicious activity, KittyLaunch may still review the activity, invalidate votes, demote the product, or take other action.
What Featured does not do
Featured does not guarantee:
- a specific number of upvotes
- a Weekly Award
- a Top 3 rank
- a Product Leaderboard position
- reviews
- conversions
- sales
Users still decide whether your product is useful.
Featured can increase visibility, but your product quality, positioning, offer, visuals, reviews, and external promotion still matter.
FAQ
I completed payment but cannot find my Ticket. What should I do?
Check your inbox for an email from noreply@creem.io. This is the Payment Receipt email that contains your License Key. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. Once you have the License Key, go to the Dashboard, select the Get Featured tab, and enter the key to activate your ticket.
Can the same product be Featured more than once?
Yes. You can purchase and activate multiple Featured Tickets for the same product. Each ticket adds a new Featured window. There is no limit on how many times a product can be Featured.
Can I pause or delay a Featured window that has already started?
No. Once your Featured window has started, it cannot be paused, extended, or delayed. The countdown runs continuously from the moment it begins.
Can I transfer a Featured Ticket to someone else?
No. Featured Tickets are tied to the account that activated them and cannot be transferred to another user or product owner.
Does Featured guarantee Top 3?
No. Featured increases visibility, but Top 3 depends on valid competition votes and ranking rules.
Does Featured give automatic upvotes?
No. Users still choose whether to upvote.
Can I use Featured on a draft product?
No. Draft products cannot use Featured Tickets.
Can I schedule Featured before my product launch date?
For scheduled products, the Featured start date must be on or after the product launch date.
Can I edit a ticket after scheduling it?
You can edit Scheduled tickets before they activate. Used tickets cannot be edited in the same way.
What happens if payment is still processing?
Wait a moment and refresh the checkout success page. You may also check your email for the license key.
Can a Featured product still be moderated?
Yes. Featured status does not protect a product from moderation or vote review.
