The Product Dashboard is where creators manage products after creation.
You can use it to edit product details, check launch status, manage verification, create deals, review feedback, highlight testimonials, use KittyPilot, view analytics, and monitor product performance.
Where to find your Product Dashboard
Go to:
Dashboard > My Product > Product Dashboard
From there, choose the product you want to manage.
The exact tabs available may depend on the product status and whether the product is verified.
What you can manage
From the Product Dashboard, you may be able to manage:
- product details
- launch status
- schedule date
- logo and screenshots
- category and tags
- website URL
- pricing type
- verification badge
- deals

Product status overview
Your product status affects what actions are available.
Draft means the product is saved but not public. Use Draft when your product page is not ready. Draft products cannot use Featured Tickets until they are published or scheduled.
Scheduled means the product has a future launch date. It is not treated as live until the scheduled date arrives.
Published means the product is live and public. Published products can receive upvotes, reviews, bookmarks, deals, and analytics.
Banned means the product is not publicly accessible. If your product is banned, you may be able to submit an appeal from your dashboard.
Editing your product
You can edit fields such as:
- name
- tagline
- short description
- full description
- logo
- screenshots
- category
- tags
- pricing
- launch status
- schedule date
After editing, open the public page or preview to make sure the page still looks correct.
Note, you cannot edit the website URL.
When to edit instead of delete
If the product page has a mistake, edit the product.
Editing is usually better when you need to:
- fix the title
- update screenshots
- improve the description
- change tags
- update pricing
- replace the website URL
- improve launch messaging
Deletion is meant to be final.
Deleting a product
Deleting a product can remove the product and related activity.
This can include:
- deals
- votes
- reviews
- bookmarks
- uploaded local images
- verification status
If the product was verified, KittyLaunch removes the verification vote and reverses the Verified product RP when relevant.
Before deleting, consider whether editing the product is enough.
Please note, you cannot delete products that have already been Published.
Managing verification
The Badge or Verification tab helps you verify product ownership.
If your product is not verified, you can:
- Copy the badge embed code.
- Paste it on your product website.
- Publish your website changes.
- Click Verify Badge.
Verified products can receive trust benefits and unlock verified-only features such as Deals, Testimonial Embed, and KittyPilot.
Verification depends on the badge staying valid. If the badge is removed or cannot be detected, verification can be revoked.
If the product has SuperKitty, verification can already be handled by the upgrade instead of the manual badge flow.

Featured management
If you buy Featured placement, the dashboard handles:
- ticket activation
- ticket status
- product assignment
- scheduling
- Featured analytics
The dashboard is also where you can see whether the product is currently featured and when that period ends.
Waitlist management
Waitlist is now part of the product dashboard for pre-launch products.
In practice, this means:
- pre-launch products can show waitlist related data
- SuperKitty products can manage actual waitlist members and export opted in emails
- non SuperKitty products can see the locked waitlist state and upgrade path
The dashboard also exposes the shareable waitlist page for SuperKitty products.
Read Waitlist Guide for waitlist behavior and SuperKitty Guide for the upgrade side.
Relaunch management
If the product has already launched and is eligible, the dashboard is where relaunch is managed.
The relaunch area can show:
- relaunch eligibility
- relaunch history
- the relaunch editor
- launch date options
- current relaunch count
Relaunch is not just another edit form. It creates a fresh active launch and resets the current upvote count while preserving important long term product assets.
Read Relaunch Guide to learn more.
Feedback Portal management
For SuperKitty products, the dashboard also becomes the entry point for the Feedback Portal.
From here, you can reach:
- roadmap
- changelog
- feature request
- status and uptime
A product dashboard is now not only a launch manager, but also an ongoing product communication hub.
Read Feedback Portal Guide to learn more.
Portal Health
SuperKitty products can also show a Portal Health summary inside the dashboard.
This gives the maker a quick read on signals such as:
- new feature requests this week
- open request volume
- roadmap items in progress
- changelog activity this week
- current uptime state
- 30 day uptime percentage
This helps makers track portal activity without opening each module one by one.
Traffic analytics
The dashboard can now surface different categories of analytics.
KittyLaunch can track:
- impressions
- opens
- clicks
- upvotes
Impressions show how often your product was displayed.
Opens show how often users opened your product page.
Clicks show visits or external link actions.
Upvotes show total vote weight received.
How to use product analytics
Use analytics to understand the user journey.
If impressions are low, your product may need more visibility, promotion, or better discovery signals.
If impressions are high but opens are low, improve your product name, logo, tagline, category, or positioning.
If opens are high but clicks or upvotes are low, improve your screenshots, description, first comment, website, or offer.
If upvotes are strong but reviews are weak, invite real users to leave honest feedback.
Featured analytics
If your product is currently Featured, you may see Featured Analytics.
Featured Analytics only measure engagement from Featured placement.
They can include:
- Featured impressions
- Featured opens
- Featured clicks
- Featured upvotes
Featured Analytics help you understand whether Featured placement is working.
Winner badges
If your product wins a Weekly Award, winner badge information may appear in the dashboard.
You may be able to copy an embed code and place the badge on your website.
Winner badges are available for products ranked Top 1, Top 2, or Top 3 in a Weekly Award.
